Apartment is accessed of a common passage way so limited privacy and daylight is reduced.

Downtown stay

The location is very good. Not only in the center but also very close to 24h parking spots.

The hot water is absolutely random. It comes and vanishes when you least want it too. Very frustrating when you are trying to enjoy a shower. The curtains could be wider and thicker, to ensure more privacy considering that other residents can pass by your window.

The location was great, just in the central market. Room size huge, with a mini kitchen. Everything was clean and looked exactly as advertised.

In the first night we didn't had hot water. We were out until 11:30pm and when we came back we tried to have a shower. The hot water came for one minute, and then it was cold. We waited almost 20 minutes hoping, but it stayed cold. The second night it worked as expected. The heating system was on so at some point during the night, in the room were around 27-28 degrees. We had to open the windows in order to be able to sleep.

Excellent location and great price

Location excellent. Literally everything is at 5 minutes distance. Tidiness and comfort. Very friendly guest. Kitchen corner very practical. Cosy and bourgeois. Bathroom completely equiped. Amazing price. Vey quiet and historic building.

I could have used a pot to cook some pasta but besides the apartment had everything you needed.

A well equipped, spacious and quiet apartment in the city center

One of the most well-equipped accomodations I've ever stayed in with virtually everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The position is also excellent, right in the center at one of the most beautiful squares of the city. Despite being at a busy place, it is very quiet due to facing an inner yard.

The heating wasn't on, hence it was rather cold during the night. Fortunately the air-conditioner was working and could be used to heat up the place somewhat.

Very adequate but the air conditioner made it difficult because it was hot out.

Great location. Spacious apartment, comfortable. Host was very nice.

The hot water took a very long time to come on and the air conditioner is old and needs to be replaced. It didn’t really cool the apartment.

The location is quite good for anything you might want to visit in Timișoara, the confort and clean apartment.

There is a lack of venting capability and the window view is only on the interior side of the building.

It was very convenient location, but could be cleaner.

The location was perfect. Very convenient for sightseeing and dinner.

It was not perfectly clean. At first glance it’s ok, but when you look into details it’s not. The water container of the coffee machine was gross. There was dust on the wardrobe rail. The stovetop was gross too. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a greasy smell in the building from the restaurants in front of it.

Okay for a short stay.

Location was great, apartment was clean. Instructions to get there were easy (photos).

It took like 20 minutes for the water to get warm in order to be able to get a shower.

Great Location, nice apartment but do not plan to cook in it or have hot showers.

LOCATION IS FANTASTIC, APARTMENT IS NICE FOR 2, BUT YOU NEED TO BE AWARE THAT WINDOWS LOOK OUT TO VETRAL COURTYARD NOT TO THE SQUARE WHICH IS JUST A 30 SECOND WALK.

ADVERTISED A KITCHEN BUT WITH ONLY 1 SAUCEPAN AND A VERY SMALL MILK PAN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO COOK OR WARM UP A MEAL, AS A MINIMUM i WOULD EXPECRT A FRYING PAN AND SOME KITCHEN UTENSILES TO COOK WITH (2 ring induction cooker was ok). We also only had 1 knife but 4 forks which was strange but host dropped off more knives the next day but not a frying pan. Apartment also has no microwave which today is strange. The water for showers in the morning is never hot untill about 9:30, almost as if there is a timer on a shared hotwater tank and somone overnight uses all the hot water, but we had cold showers every morning if we got up early, not nice at all and would suggest talking to owner about this before booking. If you can get these issues fixed its a great apartment in a very nice location. (sorry for caps, photo shows where apartment is and its a great location)

Great location, good value for money

The host was extemely nice. The apartment was right in the city center, the place was very clean and the heat was working. It was a very cold night, so this came in hand.

The hot water at the shower seem not to work, but we stayed just for one day and we did not notice the host about it. She was really nice, I am sure she would have fixed it in no time. And the street parking is not free, you have to pay for it in the time period 8 am - 5 pm.
