Located in Merimbula, this attractive house for $219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Munn Street Mews is a charming and private house in central Merimbula set in a lovely garden within a few minutes flat and easy stroll to Merimbula's shops, clubs, restaurants, cafes and cinema. The house is on a battle-axe block so despite its central location is free from most traffic noise. The closest beach is at Spencer Park which is a ten minute walk from the house and ideal for families. Spencer Park has a great playground for the kids and also BBQ facilities and toilets. Other beaches are only minutes drive away. The house sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with modern furnishings and equipment. All linen is supplied, apart from beach towels. The reverse cycle air conditioned living/dining area looks out onto a green reserve where you will probably see kangaroos. There is a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and sandwich maker. There is a gas BBQ and an outdoor eating area on the veranda. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided for the convenience of our guests. The reverse cycle air-conditioned main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix. The second bedroom has two single beds but can be configured as a king-size bed if requested upon booking. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air-conditioning. A port-a-cot and highchair are available at no extra charge. There is undercover parking for one car and adequate parking space in the street if needed for additional vehicles or boats. Organic ground coffee, tea, milk and biscuits are provided for all guests. This is a lovely house. The owners have taken a great deal of thought and care to ensure guests are comfortable. We loved our time here. We have been travelling around Victoria and NSW over the past month, staying in many different houses, and this is the best home we have encountered - by far. It is exceptional and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

We were very impressed with this property which had everything you need for a comfortable stay including a proper coffee machine! The location was great with an easy walk into town and a lovely peaceful outlook at the back. We appreciated the extra touches from the host and found the beds ans sofas to be very comfortable. Appreciated the availability of air conditioning too.

We were very pleased with both the accommodation and location. Very nicely appointed, very quiet but only a short walk to the town center. Even had kangaroos over the back fence that we watched from the deck while sipping a pre-dinner drink! Thanks, Colin, for a lovely stay.

Perfect getaway location for our family of 4. Everything you need is provided from cooking and pantry items to books and games. Beds were super comfortable too. Living/kitchen/deck area overlooks reserve where we enjoyed the peace and quiet while watching the local wildlife. For a property that is less than a 5 min walk to the centre of town it was very quiet and relaxing. Host, Colin, was very accommodating and thoughtful. If you want central, quiet, clean and comfortable - Look no further.

We could have spent our stay watching the Kookaburras, Bower birds and Wattle birds in the back yard and the reserve at the back of the house. The kangaroos and rabbits were also entertaining. The house is well set out and comfortable with the added bonus of surprises on arrival. It is an easy walk into the main shopping area. We hope to return.

It's a very nice place to stay at. It has basically everything you need, tv's to keep the kids entertained, air conditioning in the rooms and they even have board games/cards to entertain yourselves at home. I would definitely come back next time !! I would also recommend this place for other people as well :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped. It had a lovely outlook at the back onto bush and was within walking distance of the centre of town for shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and told all we needed to know.

We stayed at Munn St Mews and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The property was clean, well appointed, comfortable and easy walking distance to the centre of Merimbula. We had daily evening visits from the local kangaroos while we sat on the back deck enjoying the peace & quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Such a wonderful property that is ideally located walking distance to town and yet when you relax in the house it is like you are a million miles from the city with great views of the reserve and bush land behind the property: within the house there are lots of little touches that make the house a pleasure: Everything provided and I wanted for nothing: Highly Recommended.

A beautiful small house that has a lovely comfortably homey Decore and vibe. Lovely natural light and decks overlooking a nice garden and nature reserve. Has all the modern conveniences including the coffee machine! Easy walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops of Merimbula on a quiet street. A most relaxing stay, planning a return visit soon.

What a great place to stay! The house was so warm and inviting and we instantly felt relaxed. It had everything we needed, and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merimbula Mews. The house is well maintained , clean, tidy and spacious for one or two couples. We appreciated all the extra touches that make a stay more pleasant, such as plenty of heating and cooling, comfortable furniture and beds, modern appliances, tvs etc. The location is excellent with close proximity to the town centre but still a quiet street.

My husband and two young children spent 2 nights at this property. As others have noted, the house was beautiful and clean and the perfect size for our family. Colin was a great host, responding to emails / messages very quickly. He also supplied a high- chair and portacot for us which saved us having to pack them ourselves. The house had all the appliances we needed and was a great base for us to return to after exploring the nearby town and beaches.
