We provide a comfortable roomy place to relax, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room with washer/dryer. Dining area seating 6, breakfast nook for 3. 55 inch tv in living room. Sunroom with 42 inch tv for the kids, Fully equipped kitchen with up to date electric appliances. Conventional/convection oven, microwave, drip coffee maker Bosch dishwasher. There is a patio with umbrellas and charcoal grill.. Wi-fi . Spectrum cable or your own streaming channels through Chromecast. Barefoot Bay is a Recreational community of manufactured homes, with many activities for small fee of $5 wk/pp. There are 3 heated swimming pools. Enjoy tennis, racket ball and pickle ball courts. Bocci ball, shuffle board. Billiards, 18 hole golf course (extra fees and appointments necessary). Playgrounds in the area. Nice shaded walking trail for humans and doggies, with exercise stops. You will have a key for the locked boardwalk on the Indian River Weekend poolside activities, music. Lounge at poolside, with food and beverages for sale. Karaoki, live music on weekends. You will find several relaxing and affordable restaurants along the Indian River. Also several restaurants within Barefoot Bay to choose from, with delivery or eat in options. Easy nearby grocery shopping, hair salons, library, nearby medical facilities. The closest beaches are Wabasso or Golden Sands , the 15 mile drive there is scenic, and you will pass restaurants, and shops that might interest you. Museums to check out Mel Fishers Treasures - 7 miles McClarty Treasure Museum 19 miles on the way to the inslet Sebastian Fishing Museum 22 miles Sebastian inlet State Park 20 miles Kennedy space center about 1 hour away, a must see for the young scientists The Brevard Zoo 36 miles away. This property was close to our family and made our commute to and from very easy. The house was very well kept and clean, with many amenities which made it comfortable. Our hosts were gracious and offered us access to anything there. It was our first stay in Barefoot Bay, and we hope it will not be our last. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just prior to our arrival there was an issue with the spare bath. Parts were not expected to arrive before we left. The parts arrived sooner than expected. Dale contacted us and asked if we would like to have maintenance do the repairs. We were traveling with my soon to be 90 year old mother. The second bath was needed. Dale contacted the maintenance man and it was repaired that day we are very appreciative of this they could have waited until we left but they did not. Thank you for being conscience of our need

We had a great time checking out the area. Had drinks and listened to great music at the main pool. Rode our bikes around Barefoot Bay, my husband golfed 9 homes and we had done great meals In Sebastian at Captain Hiram’s and Squid Lips. Main pool was pretty crowded on Sunday but still fun. Beds were very comfortable and we found everything that we needed. The manager and the owner were both available and very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the home and neighborhood as much as last year. The home is well supplied and appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking or bicycle rides. The surrounding areas of Sebastian and Fellsmere are reminiscent of 'old Florida'. More metropolitan Melbourne and Vero Beach can satisfy shopping or dining needs. And there are plenty of saltwater and freshwater watersports access locations nearby.

Easy, relaxing, fun! Karen across the street was amazing. Every thing you need is there. I suggest renting a golf cart to putt around. Kelly Keith is very affordable. Poolside is always fun. Live music often. Lunches ,cocktails, friendly service. I will book again. A big thank you to our hosts.

Beautiful, well maintained home. Anything you need is here. The amenities are wonderful. The poolside parties are are fun and friendly. Golf course, nite life,all around goodtime. The area is old Florida lifestyle. Rockets going off! I would stay longer if I could. Thank you.

Very spacious for two adults and exceptionally well supplied and appointed. Appliances were top quality. There were spares for all linens and the kitchen included numerous condiments, spices, and cleaning products. The host provided notes on regional beaches, restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The Florida room was a roomy and bright place to spend some quiet time. The outdoor patio had a great southern exposure. The home was convenient for bike rides, leisurely strolls, and low-key local shopping. And the larger metropolitan areas of Melbourne and Palm Bay were a short drive away. Orlando's southern suburbs of Kissimmee and St. Cloud are a comfortable day trip. We had a great trip!

We had a wonderful time. The home was awesome. Anything and everything we needed was on hand. It was clean and cozy. The king size bed was so comfortable. We hope to return soon. We love Barefoot Bay. ❤ Thanks for everything!!

Wonderful stay for a much needed vacation., as last year was cancelled due to COVID. Everything you needed and then some. Very nice furnishings and comfy bed. Home had the feel the owners were more of family letting us use their place , not like landlord/ tenant. A real nice find. Hopefully we can stay next year too !

Wonderful hosts. We had to cut our time short due to the virus, however our hosts offered to extend our stay if needed. Everything was there, no need to bring anything. I would stay next year but it is already booked for 2021

Well equipped, albeit older home on a quiet street.

The home was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on a quiet street with outside sitting areas and lots of opportunity in the development for recreational pursuits. Good parking and lots of room. Probably better suited for a family vs just one couple but the master bedroom was certainly comfortable.
