Locating on the wrong side of highway makes it hard to access beach. More than 10 minutes is walking. Waiting for tuktuk to get to the city center or malls averages 10 to 15 minutes. The water pump on the roof makes a disturbing noise when working. Doors are not fixed and wind always slam them. Also walking in the hallways not comfortable. However, the pool is the best part of the building.
