Since I get large groups who like to share one space comfortably, I have focused on making sure everyone has a comfortable place to sit and still be all together! The Charming Treehouse is a three-story townhouse right in the heart of East Nashville. It's cozy and completely furnished with eclectic finishes that I have personally curated over the years and is completely family-friendly! I've converted the large master closet into a infant/toddler sleeping room with everything a young family needs to make their stay convenient! There is a changing table, diaper genie, toddler bed, pack n play, booster seat, baby bath as well as a small rocker and books and games! There are 3 TV’s in the Treehouse and the one in the living room is a brand new 65” TV with Roku.

We loved staying here! It was just lovely and every detail was perfect! Our host Sandy couldn’t have been kinder and answered every question immediately, and allowed us to extend our stay!! I’m so grateful and happy to have stayed in her beautiful home and we’ll most definitely be back!

Great townhouse in a great Nashville neighborhood. Property was very clean and well-stocked. Check in was super easy and the Sandy checked on us shortly after arriving. While downtown is close and very easy to get to, we found some amazing restaurants in the neighborhood.

Excellent townhouse in a great location that is convenient to both downtown and Grand Olde Opry resort. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults with great sleeping arrangements and a spacious living room area. Definitely would book again when visiting Nashville area.

Nice location in Nashville near the downtown area. Property provides all the amenities needed: multiple bedrooms, several bathrooms, functional living space and nice 3rd story deck. You can even use the 2-car garage for parking. Easy drive to all the tourist destinations in Nashville.

The pictures are spot on! It really is that nice. Everything was easy; booking, check-in, and check-out. Room to spare even for our large family. We had just a short drive to all the things we wanted to do while in Nashville.

This place was amazing!! Sandy was a perfect host. The property is beautifully decorated with outstanding bedding and luxurious touches. Location was close to downtown and several great restaurants within 1.5 miles. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our bachelorette trip. The area was good, it felt up and coming. Short distance to Broadway. Only downfall was the train that went by 3-4 times at night. Sandy was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

I almost want to give this place a bad review because I selfishly want to be able to book it every time I bring a group to Nashville. Location is perfect, close to everything downtown, but far enough away from the craziness of downtown to be able to unplug at night. Entire townhome is beautifully remodeled within last decade, bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous, but the partly covered, rooftop patio is the absolute selling point. Great place to hang out and unwind. Only cons for this property are the train, which actually isn’t bad at all, considering how close the tracks are to the property. Also, the garage is very short. If you’re not bringing small vehicles, you’ll need to jackknife a large SUV to get it to fit in the garage - we came in a Nissan Pathfinder, for reference. But, those are very, very minor inconveniences. You’ll barely notice the train, and there’s plenty of parking on the street.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The only complaint we had was that the garage was too small for our vehicle (Yukon XL), so we had to park on the street and we weren’t sure about the safety of the neighborhood. All was ok and nothing was damaged. The place itself was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

This was one of the best and truest to description VRBOs I have ever stayed. The condo was super clean. The beds/sheets comfy. Had one small glitch after arrival but Sandy responded and fixed it pronto. Kitchen was well stocked with dining/cooking supplies and coffee/tea. There are stairs which are steep but allowed bedrooms to be on different floors. Location was easy to downtown and close to airport. Literally across the road is Southern Grist Brewing Company. Good food and service. There is a train that runs close by but as Johnny Cash sings..."I hear the train a- comin'...". Check out The Listening Room in downtown for evening performances of Nashville's up and coming singer/songwriters. Sandy is a gracious hostess and very quick to respond throughout the booking process. Thank you, Sandy, for a great stay.

The Treehouse on Douglas is beautifully appointed from the wall decor to the hotel collection linens and towels. We truly enjoyed our stay and it will be tops on our list when we visit Nashville again.

We went down there to explore the town of Nashville. This house was very close to everything we were going to. The house was so pretty and very spacious to fit all of in there. The property manager also communicated very well letting us know when the house would be available. It helped make the trip work out great!

An extended family of six adults stayed at Sandy's Charming Treehouse for our annual family gathering. The two-car garage was very useful. It's an easy drive to downtown, either on the Interstate or secondary roads. Everything was as described and met our needs perfectly. Spread over three floors, we had plenty of room. Early risers enjoyed coffee in the kitchen/living area on the top floor without disturbing others sleeping below. The seating, both for eating and lounging, was plentiful and comfortable. Sandy's instructions were the best! She explained in detail (and with pictures!) everything we needed to know, from arrival to departure. Her "digital guidebook" deserves an award for website design. It offers recommendations for restaurants, music venues and bars, and things to do. She even told us an alternative route to use when the train blocks the main road home, which we needed! Vrbo should pay Sandy to conduct workshops for other hosts.

We love love loved staying at Sandy’s place. It is SO nice. She has everything you need and the place is in fantastic condition. The beds are all comfortable, even the bunk beds. She has plenty of great quality towels and linens. Kitchen seemed to be fully stocked. The location is good as it’s a short drive to everything. It was nice to have our own garage to park in which can accommodate a mid size SUV. I will definitely seek out Sandy’s place next time I come to Nashville!

This townhouse worked wonderfully for our teen kids to stay with their grandparents, while we were only across the way in a different unit. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, clean, welcoming. The host is amazing - great job communicating and letting us know what we'd enjoy in the area!

Absolutely great place to stay!! Uber rides are very reasonable to get to Broadway. If you have adult children, this is your place to stay!! Each floor has its own master bathroom which makes getting ready for the day much easier!! The hosts are very accommodating and give good advice on the hotspots! We will stay here again!!

The place was ready for us and on time. We took the garbage out as well this morning which was left by the previous guests.
