The area (Titikaveka) is renowned for pristine beaches (400 metres away) and fertile land, amongst the locals its known as "the country". Surrounding the property are mango, banana and paw paw trees and of course, coconut trees are everywhere. From the veranda you look out over a vast lawn, ideal for kids to cut loose, the road is quiet and only used by those that live on it.
