Nestled in Possum Kingdom Lake, this charming house for $360 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Nice lake cabin located on The Peninsula on Possum Kingdom Lake facing south across from Hogs Bend. A private boat ramp allows quick and easy access to the lake and a private dock is perfect for leaving your boat in the water during your vacation. The cabin is newly renovated with new beds and some new furniture. The kitchen has all of the needed amenities with breakfast bar and 4 bar stools for extra seating. A 6 person dining table allows your plenty of room to spread out. The living and kitchen windows have a nice view of a St. Augustine yard, the lake, and private dock. A washer and dryer is easily accessible just off the kitchen area. The new couch pulls out into a full bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and an additional twin bed for extra sleeping room. The en suite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

We enjoyed last year & decided to return again this year. We loved the convenience of the unloading ramp and dock. House is all it says it is-clean and well stocked. The property manager gets an A*. Will no doubt return again.

It was a good time, the neighborhood boat ramp was great. Just remember to leave room for others in the neighborhood to use the ramp. Like the others who have stayed here the beds was super comfortable, the sleeper sofas was so so. Kitchen was well stocked. Do yourself and property owners a favor, take your shoes off outside. You’re on a “beach” sand gets tracked in the home which makes for dirty feet and floors. Quick trip to Hell’s Gate from here.

We enjoyed our stay but disappointed with cabin not clean.Spider webs on ceilings with little dry bugs in them. One live spider inside. No bathroom door in our room, had to put up a blanket. Window sills had spider webs. Floor was sandy and sheets on pull out had dirt on them. Kitchen appliances worked great. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. Property manager was good. All little problems reported and they will get them all fixed.

House was just as described. Nice furnishings and linens, and very clean. Beds were great! Kitchen was large and well stocked. We enjoyed the ramp & dock where we could keep our boat close at hand. David, the property manager was very attentive and easy to contact. Definitely recommend & will return.
