Great oceanfront oversized one bedroom condo with a large balcony on the 5th floor which has a fully equipped kitchen and awesome ocean views at the Worldmark Coral Baja resort. The resort has all the amenities one would want onsite. Our one bedroom oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps two to four with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, living room with full-size Murphy bed, one full bath, fully-equipped kitchen, ocean view terrace, wi-fi, A/C, washer, dryer and more. Daily Maid service is available upon request. Worldmark Coral Baja is an RCI gold crown rated, five-star, fully-equipped Beachfront Resort. You will enjoy a very large swimming pool with swim up bar, two huge hot tubs, lighted tennis court, nine hole putting green, the fabulous Mama Mia beach side restaurant, mini-market and new fitness center. There is also a 24 hour front desk, concierge service, wireless internet in the condo, lobby and pool area for a nominal charge plus a new computer room and game room. There are many fun activities as this is a Worldmark Resort with scheduled activities each week. Mama Mia's has great food and entertainment nightly. There is also a daily poolside Happy Hour with 2 for 1 drink specials and games. Sure to have fun. The Coral Baja is just 15 minutes from (SJD), the Los Cabos airport and 5 minutes to downtown San Jose del Cabo. We are also on the bus-line to Cabo San Lucas. Car rental is available on site, if needed. We also own another one bedroom unit that is very similar on the 4th floor, just below this unit in case you have others that would like to join you.

This property is the perfect spot, fronting the beach and ocean, pool and mama mia's restaurant, close to grocery stores, coffee spots and downtown San Jose del Cabo. The unit is very clean (probably one of the cleanest I have ever seen in any VRBO I have stayed), extremely comfy, fully stocked, and had everything we needed and more! Pat was lovely and assisted us in a quickly manner with any questions I had and I would have stayed longer if the unit wasn't booked back to back! I will definatley be back to stay! Couldn't be happier with this choice of unit!

Our first ever trip to Mexico exceeded all expectations because we sure picked a great property. The Host, Pat, was so helpful before, during, and after our stay to make sure our experience was a success; great recommendations on dining and things to do and all instructions were accurate and easy to understand. The suite was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kitchen amenities required. The deck overlooking the pool and ocean was a bonus.
The resort’s staff were amazing, and the cleanliness was out of this world. The grounds and pool areas were so tidy, and the community BBQ’s looked brand new each day.
The location was close enough to town, a short 15 min walk to get groceries. A decent dining option on site, and other options close by as well (go to Sardina Cantina next door). Even walking into San Jose downtown core was a nice 30 minute walk (as a senior who walks fast), with 100’s of excellent dining options and a very cool Art Walk.
100% recommend this property as home base for your Cabo vacation.

What a beautiful unit, great location in the property. Very clean and comfortable bed! Well stocked kitchen.
Pat was very accessible.
My only suggestion would be a 2nd set of bath towels, and there is a washer/dryer with laundry soap so not a big deal. Would definitely go back.

Condo was amazing, decorated very nicely, everything you need is there. All dishes, etc., sand chairs for beach, floaties. Perfect view from the large balcony. Pat our Host was the best! Very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on property….Mama Mia was excellent, never had a bad meal. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I just returned from a 9 night stay at Pat`s 5th floor unit. We had a blast! Pat is very responsive to any question/concerns we had. We have stayed at Coral Baja many times prior to this trip and this is the best one bedroom we have stayed in, by far. Has all the amenities needed and being in a corner unit there is no foot traffic/noise passing your window. We felt like we were at home. Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Pat's place is a 5th story corner unit with a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. Listening to the waves crash at night was my favorite thing. Morning coffee on the veranda and reading my book was so peaceful. I had everything I needed and more for a relaxing week! Pat's communication was refreshing to make sure I had what I needed.
I am looking forward to my next vacation at Pat's in Cabo San Jose!

Coral Baja Vacation at Pat’s Condo
We just returned from a fabulous stay at Pat’s Condo. It was perfect for my Husband and I. It was one of the most stocked Condos we have ever stayed at. The owner Pat was so responsive with any questions and went above and beyond to accomadate us after a scheduling error on our part. We hope to stay again someday.

Very poorly ran and maintained, resort had no idea we were coming and could not even find my reservation. The condo is old and outdated, broken shelf in refer, broken kitchen faucet, no fan in bathroom, no safe in room, cigarette butts in the planters on the deck, unbelievable, there was even black mold in the closet in our bedroom. Tried to reserve chairs by the pool but always found someone in them, found out from another guest that they tip them daily so they never have to move. So much for reserving chairs. We were told to use the old hard plastic chairs on the beach, and a lot of those were broken. Apparently there are not enough chairs for their guests. They would not even let me take a newer chair 15' to the beach, so there was basically no where to even relax. What a joke. I could go on but you get the point. I spent a lot of money to be upset, embarrassed, uncomfortable, and treated like an outcast. Not how I envisioned spending my once in a lifetime, 35th anniversary trip to Mexico, I would not recommend this old apartment, or VRBO to anyone, and will certainly not use either again. A VERY EXPENSIVE, DISAPPOINTING LESSON, save your money.

Excellent stay!
We stayed at Pat's place for 9 days or so. We had a wonderful time. Pat was very responsive to any inquiries. To give you the highlights:

- On site store & restaurant
- Beach chairs provided (we brought our own but the chairs are there for those that don't have them)

Pat is super easy to communicate with and was always available if we had a question. Check in and check out went smoothly.

The unit is very nice. View is beautiful. I was worried that with Covid restrictions services might be limited, but the restaurant was open, pool bar was open, had to reserve chairs by the pool for social distancing but I was able to get one every day that I wanted one. Great stay.

In addition, the front desk and concierge service was stellar. We got help booking a few excursions and a rental car - it was super easy and convenient!
If we felt like staying close to home, the restaurant had excellent food and drinks. If we felt like going into town, it was a short Uber drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo.
Finally, the view from the condo could not get better! We loved waking up and having coffee on the deck and watching the waves crash against the shore.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I had a perfect time away. The property, as well as the unit, were clean and well cared for. We had a couple of non urgent things happen and were taken care of in a timely mannner!
The Coral Baja is in a perfect location, not to far from San Jose, but close enough to walk if needed!

Great condo!
Wonderful location, beautiful views. Condo was clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. Staff was very courteous. The resort is family-friendly (we were an extended family of 11) and everyone had a great time. The owner, Pat, was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Get-Away
This was our first visit to Coral Baja. The resort was beautiful, staff very helpful & friendly. Loved the pool & the on-site restaurant. We stayed in Unit 512 which was very nice. Pat Lillo was great. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable & kitchen was well stocked. Restaurant suggestions were helpful. Loved Tequila's and Flora Farms. We definitely plan on returning.
We went to the 🏧� across the street. Just be careful & patient when crossing the busy highway.

We had a wonderful stay at our rental in Coral Baja. Our unit was very clean, well stocked and welcoming. Pat was great to work with. She gave us many helpful suggestions on where to eat and shop. We will definitely stay here again. We look forward to coming back.

Loved the room
The resort is well cared for, clean and manicured. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect. One thing I appreciate is the management upholds their rule that if you save poolside chairs, you actually have to be there to use them. Not save them, then leave making them unable to be used for hours by people actually at the pool.
Mama Mias has some great food. The pizza is great. At home I am unable to eat much gluten or cheese, but none of that bothers me there including the pizza!
We go to La Comer grocery just down the road for out liquor, snacks and small meal foods. Now that Uber is in Cabo, getting around is so easy and cheap.
This year we rented a room from Pat. We loved the room. It had great view of oecen and pool, it was on the end so it was quiet and we had more privacy.
Kitchen was stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, everything you need. The furniture was comfortable. We are definitely going back and using this room. Pat was even accessible when we had a question and she responded right away. Thanks Pat!
On a side note, the one stressful thing, other than the totally packed airport, was the shuttle service Translife. They sent us clear instructions as to where to meet the shuttle, pictures of who was to pick us up, the color of their shirts, and the shuttle to look for. But NONE of the identifiers nor the location were correct. So we spent some hectic moments trying to find out what to do. Fortunately, the driver eventually wandered over and we were on our way. The point being, if you schedule the shuttle, dont count on the info they send to be accurate. You might have to go hunt for them.
I know that isnt an actual resort service, but I though it might be helpful for someone.

Everything was great
This was our 2nd time at Coral Baja. The resort isnt too big, the pool is refreshing, and the building and property are kept very clean and well manicured. The guests tend to be a bit on the older side, so things are calmer and more relaxing than down in Cabo San Lucas.
The unit we rented from Pat was great! Great view, off to the side, and stocked with everything you need. We definitely will rent Pat's room next time we go.

AWESOME CONDO, AWESOME OWNERS
My husband and I , even though we are Worldmark owners, have extended our stay by renting Pat & Bobs condo 512. This year we extended it 13 days. We love the quiet location, the sunrise is gorgeous, the view is beautiful, you can have sun all day, if you wish on the extended wrap around balcony. The condo is nicely decorated, with full kitchen that you could cook from a breakfast up to Thanksgiving dinner. Room service is available from Mama Mia restaurant on the resort grounds. There is nightly entertainment if you wish, or spend a quiet night in the condo relaxing. This is home away from home. Give it try, you won’t be sorry. Lee

Amazing in ALL ways!
This is a repeat visit for us and I must say it was even better the second time around. I rely on reviews so I really appreciate it when people highlight all there is to offer. If you want to wake up to an amazing sunrise right off your balcony, or as soon as you walk into the condo see the tops of palm trees and the ocean then choose this little piece of paradise.
It is clean, bedding is great, it has everything you need and more and I honestly do not think you could get a more attentive, kinder and all over wonderful owner than Pat. She is prompt answering questions and has fantastic suggestion of what to do in the area.
Also the staff at the Coral Baja are second to none...Lupita, Marcus, Eduardo just to name a few that will make you stay so special.
I could go on and on but you get the picture that this is a great choice for a relaxing, all you need get away.

A glorious month in this fabulous condo.
Upon our arrival we found a very clean condo with all the amenities we expected, plus a cold bottle of wine in the fridge.
Getting to know the owner of the condo by email was very helpful as Pat knows what she is doing as sometimes renters have questions.
The Resort, Coral Baja, is run very well with a delightful restaurant partly on the beach and pools with nightly entertainment and excellent food and service. As our balcony was large with a million dollar view, we loved to have many meals there also.
Here we were renting from an owner who has taken care of her property.
For us it will be a yearly event, as we will be back in Pat's place next year same time.
