It‘s a small lovely house with everything you need. It‘s clean and the owner is so frindly and helpful, there can“t be any better. It‘s the perfect choice if you want to be close to the city. You have freindly neighbours and we all really enjoyed our stay. We will come back…

The property is exactly how it was described. Great location. Parking was a challenge most nights. Drying clothes was another challenge. I would recommend the property manager informs customers of laundry places in area. Which in my opinion is still an inconvenience for someone who’s on vacation. Aside from this, very happy.

Das Apartment ist einfach, aber sauber und bietet alles an, was man so braucht (außer vielleicht Geschirrspüler, war aber auch kein Problem). Die Betten sind ortsüblich schmal und kurz, haben aber gute Matratzen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Supermarkt bei Bedarf auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Schnell in Ponta Delgada und auf der Autostraße in alle Richtungen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Alles bestens keine Klagen. Freundlicher zuvorkommender Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Unkomplizierte Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung . Einrichtung sauber und vollständig, Bestuhlung in der Küche einfach aber ausreichend. Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe gut.
