Not comfortable and far aways from being a good option when with kids

Location next to Sugo / center

Filty rooms, when traveling with kids and taking connecting rooms they gave us rooms with windows towards town and i swear its like sleeping ouside, with no windows at all. There is absolutely no noise cancellation at all, no isolation from street whatsoever. Sink not draining, bath plug not holding water, in bsthroom 1 spot light working out of 3 (room 632). Same room - only half blackput curtains. Filty dusty nasty courtains and chairs…no electricity sockets around bed for baby monitors, chargers etc…noise is awfull from both ouside and from the hallway where you here the doors of other rooms shutting in your ear..

Wäre die Lage nicht so gut würde ich auf gar keinen Fall wiederkommen

Lage war sehr gut. Direkt in der Stadt.

Sehr schlechtes Zimmer. Wir hatten nichtmal eine richtige Lampe, sondern nur Steh-/Tischlampen. Im Badezimmer war auch ein Käfer. Für den Preis hätte man auf jeden Fall was viel besseres in Rotterdam finden können.

Heerlijke ruime kamer

We hadden gekozen voor een Superior XL kamer. Deze is zeer ruim met een zeer groot bed. Dat was geweldig. Ook de badkamer was erg ruim. Wij hadden uitzicht op de Coolsingel en de Meent. We hebben geen last gehad van verkeer of wat voor geluid dan ook van buiten.

Achteraf misschien kunnen weten maar in bad douchen vind ik niet top. Ik kan net niet lekker ontspannen staan. Daarnaast op de vloer van de kamer een glasscherf gevonden.

Als je geen alternatief hebt kan je best hier verblijven.

De locatie is erg goed. Midden in het centrum.

Kamers zijn oud, badkamer is oud en het is niet goed schoongemaakt. Dit hotel heeft absoluut een make-over nodig. Vergane glorie…

Hotel perfecto en calidad-precio situado en pleno centro de Rotterdam

La situación del hotel es en pleno centro, cerca de todo. Para poder moverte por la ciudad caminando. Las instalaciones del hotel son impecables.

No hay nada negativo. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Very good

The locations was 100% great!

The building is great HOWEVER the whole interior design aside from the amazing ceiling lamps and bannisters on the stairs is in terrible condition and out of date. MUST make a GOOD freshening of carpets and doors and floors and upholstery. The seating areas outside the lifts were really horribly old and everything looked worn out. A great shame.

Would happily stay here again

Amazing hotel, beautiful lobby and very friendly staff. Very clean and spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Very good location in the centre of the city.

The room was a little noisy as it was located at the main street side and no AC

Very good

The Hotel is a corner building located in a street intersection with a burger fast food chain directly opposite the street. We had a bedroom on the top most floor which was quite large and therefore had ample space for movement. Breakfast was also good with croissants / various pastries and juices to choose from.

Hotel corridors evidently needs an interior upgrade. One can immediately notice that the hotel was already a bit old.

Would stay again, just a few changes needed

The proximity to the train station and tram system. It was very comfy and spacious, good facilities

The WiFi wasn’t too great and the room was poorly lit as there was no main light. Our room faced the road so was rather noisy at all times.

Not enough clean, very noisy, old, great location

Location, just around the corner from Beurs metro station

the bathtub was clogged. After taking a shower the water would not go away. even after cleaning my room they left me the dirty bathtub. The sheets on the bed were not for the size of the bed so they put two sets, one on top of the other, very uncomfortable. Nothing like this had ever happened to me before.

The location is the only 'okay' thing about this hotel.

The hotel was extremely dirty, you could tell there was a lot of dust in the rooms - I even had to request a room change because I had terrible allergies during the first two nights of my stay. The staff was extremely rude to my colleague, just because they could not find their booking, yet once they found the reservation they still were extremely rude to him, as well as the rest of us.

service in general, price for quality, pricing hostage business model instead of fair dynamic pricing based on level of quality can provide, incompetent personnel… I clearly stated my disappointment but since nothing will be done I need to go through booking unfortunately.

Awful check-in experiences

Good location

I went two times in a day for check-in. First at 15.00 They said my room not ready it takes a little bit. I said no problem if i leave my luggae I will return back a couple hours after. Second time at 17.00 They said my room still not ready it will takes 15 minutes. I didnt like it but I waited patiently 15 minutes in lobby nobody calls me. I couldn't stand it and started to complain, finally I got a room by force. Bytheway, i paid full and i had reservation. What's the point of a hotel if I can't enter when I wish?

Compromise option

The most beautiful thing about the hotel is the lobby. The location is great - next to the city center and close to public transport stop.

The rooms are in need of renovation and furniture upgrade. For a dog they took 20 euros and did not provide any service.

Carpets need to be cleaned, continuous smell throughout the building.
