Nice and comfortable!

Nice and comfortable room. Beautiful view from top floor. The hotel also provides a parking which is great. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’m very happy with the services. Friendly staff.

The only thing that I didn’t like but didn’t affect our stay is the glass in the shower which doesn’t cover the whole area and water gets out.

Кофе шикарный. Официанты в баре прекрасные Роскошный лобби зал.

Комнаты маленькие. Подойти к шкафу невозможно. Только боком продираться между кроватью и шкафом. Сейф не работает. Вызывали мастера. Вода в душе растекается по всему помещению потому как не сделан барьер или наклон для стока. Завтрак бедный. Для здорового питания есть вялая капуста сырая и вчерашние помидоры нарезанные из холодильника. Рыбы нет. Фрукты нарезанные разбирали быстро и не хватало всем. Чайные ложки просто отсутствуют. Официанты удивлялись, когда мы их просили. На фортепиано никто и никогда не играет. Зачем поставили в роскошном лобби зале, где никто не сидит? Интернет слабенький. По балкону со строительными лесами ходит строитель и заглядывал в окна. Может по работе? Бассейн не работал. Ничего сказать не могу.

Elegant hotel with great staff

Bed super comfortable. Sound proof windows so could hear anything from the road which was quite loud at times. Abundant breakfast if a little lack lustre.

I would have preferred a bathtub. Bathroom was nicely done in modern touch but insufficient vanity lighting. Coffee at breakfast was terrible.

Great overall

Clean room, nice view. Very good breakfast.

A bit noisy due to the road outside,even though I was staying on the 12th floor. Curtains didn't cover the whole area of the windows resulting in light coming inside from early in the morning.

I stayed here 8 years ago, too. The location of the hotel is perfect; just between Panormou and Ampellokipoi metro stations and it takes only afew stops to get to Sytagma and Monastraki. It is a safe place. The hotel is very clean. Compared to my previous stay, it looks much more cleaner as it has ben renewed. Nice. The personnel are all very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast is satisfying. There were one sort of white cheese which was something "like" feta and one type of very thin sliced fresh stager cheese. Both were okay. There were two types of olives, kalamata and green olives, which were nice. I did not get any deli meat products for personal choices. Fruits were nice, fresh and clean. Just (frankly and friendly) saying; the "nice" continental breakfast might even be upgraded into a much satisfying level by just a little effort. For instance, adding some greenstuff (that is characteristic to the Mediterranean) to the open buffet like bundles of peppergrass, rocket salad, parsley and etc might work. Comparing to my previous stay, I can say that cheese, olive and deli meat product choices were reduced. There was only turkey jambon apart from ham, loukániko, sausage and etc made of pork. During my previous visit, I remember there were many choices of deli meat products of lamb&beef, different sorts of cheese and many types of olives.

Pleasant stay to tour Athens

Clean hotel with friendly staff in a nice neighborhood.

It was not possible to go to the top to enjoy the view of Athens or use the swimming pool. Breakfast choices repeated each day.

A good place to stay in the center of Athens

Central location. Easy to access the main attraction sites. Clean bathroom. Good air conditioning. Very large and comfortable bed

Breakfast was not up to the expectations. The hotel staff is not very recative to the guest requests. Noisy as located next to the main street

Το μονο που μας αρεσε ηταν το πολυ φιλόξενο προσωπικό.

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ παλιο το δωμάτιο που μας εδωσαν πρεπη να ηταν απο το 1970 μικρο δωματιο με βρωμικη μοκετα σκουριασμενα ολα στο μπανιο και το πιο σημαντικό δεν είχαμε αερα απο πουθενα μεσα στο δωμάτιο μας το μπανιο δεν ειχε παραθυρο και το παραθυρο στο δωμάτιο μας ειταν σφραγισμενο και τα πομολα των παραθυρων σπασμενα και σφραγισμενα απο το ξενοδοχειο. και δεν εφτανε αυτο το πρωι εκαναν εργασιες απο πανω μας ακριβως με κομπρεσερ. κανονικα θα επρεπε να τους βαλουμε 1 βαθμο

We asked for a king bed and extra bed (sofa), the hotel provided two single bed and sofa was so narrow and not comfortable for an adult, Breakfast was average, little option, all the meet options was pork,

Disappointing

Liked the staff- didn’t like the rules. Didn’t know we had to pay for sunbeds by the pool- wouldn’t have booked that hotel if we had known- cheeky to do that in a hotel. Not enough shade provided with the sun. Gym was small and to pay for it again was cheeky!

Potential is there

The pool was nice, and all the food I had was great.

You have to pay £10 for a sunbed at the pool each morning or afternoon session. Staff were slow and not organised. I made a booking for the pool twice and twice they couldt find it. Rooms need to be updated, lots of stains on carpet.

Iron was not available in the room, I asked several times and followed up to get it just before leaving to my business meeting. Also requested several times to bring slippers for me,but not happened. Safe box was not working too.

Hotel looks good, but when you are settled all magic dissapears.

Good localization and main hall, great area on the top of the building with a nice view over city.

Area around swimming pool is barely for few people, only few sunbeds in shade. Rooms are around 2/3 star level, not 4. Breakfast was fine, but not a wide variety. Food was acceptable quality. Also, some healthy desserts would be good, not some chocolate stuff with lots of sugar.

The extra charges they are trying to make is a concern

President is one of my favourite hotels in Europe, and I travel a lot. The staff are generally fantastic, helpful and some remember me from previous stays. What irks me is that instead of one consolidated price when you book, they are looking for add ons. This year they want you to pay 10 to 20 euros for a deck chair! Outrageous! I met some people who take almond in their coffee. The hotel doesn’t have almond milk so I watched the lady be hassled twice for drinking coffee from an outside supplier. Her group of 14 was staying 8 days, so you would think it would be ok, logic went out the window I was swimming one morning and I had ordered some food. The food is overpriced and sometimes bland but as I like to eat at the pool bar, I can tolerate it. As I was in the water a waitress came to ask me if I could pay. Seriously! Let the customer swim and gently ask later on for payment especially when they have been paying for stuff and staying at the hotel. Wifi drops out a lot. It reminds of the years when you had to pay for wifi here. Joke not To cut some more corners, this four star hotel now has the very cheap shampoo, replacing the little bottles with fixed larger bottles that are wedged into the bathroom and sink. It’s really average stuff The safe of course didn’t work. Happens often My stay here for once included what I paid for, an actual double bed instead of the two singles joined together I have fond memories of this place and it’s well staffed, except for the 70 minutes you can wait for food. Therefore it pains me to give them an average review but they need to be smart about how they make their extras without antagonising customers. Management need to read this and reassess what they are doing

The location.

The rooms are very old and not worth the price paid for the night. The staff refused to give us a bedroom with one double bed (as a couple) even I asked for a queen size bed upon booking the room. They eventually gave us a bedroom with a queen size bed but a very old and not clean room.

Complete disappointment and I will not recommend this to anyone.

Nothing. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Its a huge disappointment for the price they are charging. Food is below average. Not all staff members are friendly and one of them (an old gentleman) asked me to get out of the bar in front of the lobby unless I order something while I was just waiting for my friend to arrive and it was hardly 2 minutes.

Unclean, no air conditioning in public areas and lifts are super claustrophobic.

Pretty decent.

The hotel was conveniently located and we were about 20/30 min away from all locations we needed to be at, including the airport. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast food was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful.

The room was a bit more rundown than I expected. It wasn't dirty, but the desk chair had discolourations. The bathroom ventilator was directly connected to the light and it was pretty loud. The most annoying thing was the TV that would turn itself on at 2h30 AM for no reason. I had to unplug it from the socket to make sure I wouldn't be randomly awaken by it.

The reception was kind and very helpful . The frontier man was always smile

We stayed for 3 days. And the cleaner was not so good. The only bad. SHe forgot to clean the room the second day. And we paid almost 200per night without breakfast. She didn't put new cups for coffee in the room. And the pool should be hot pool . It was very cold even in June
