Trevligt och billigt hotell. Man får mycket för pengarna.

Allt var toppen förutom att rummet var lite för litet.

Our room was poorly designed and not up to 4 star standard - I would look elsewhere next time

The staff were helpful and friendly - the hotel was well located with regards the centre of town - there was free street parking till 9am next morning

Our first room 416 had a broken TV aerial Our replacement room 430 had the smallest bathroom/toilet I have ever experienced - we had to enter the shower sideways - this a renovated old derelict building and it seems that it is due for another renovation

Our stay was great. We'll be back.

Room was quiet. clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Although we were at restaurant after dinner hours and just asked for a small snack with our wine, the chef made up a plate for us.

We did not use the included afternoon coffee or the dinner service. Think you should have a choice to have that included or not included in your room rate.

Very pleasant and just what we needed as a break on our driving holiday.

Staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Choice of breakfast was good and nicely presented. Lift was quick and easy

Paying extra for dessert with dinner was disappointing.

Lovely

The hotel is well placed in central Jönköping. It's very close to the train station and shopping centre. It's an old but well appointed building, the atrium dining area is gorgeous!!! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were just lovely, very helpful and happy to answer anything. Breakfast, fika and our evening meal were included. All in the food was lovely. A great selection. Dinner had only one option, which if we weren't vegetarian wouldn't have been an issue.

The bed were a little soft, but that's a taste issue I suppose. The church bells outside the window were very frequent and loud. There were salads at dinner, but a hot vegetarian option would have been nice

Decent hotel in the centre of Jönköping

Friendly and forthcoming staff. Decent breakfast. Light dinner included in the room rate. Quite room. Fast internet. No noise. Central location. Everythinkg in good repair.

Cost of a parking space very high. Room somewhat small. View from my room not very attractive. The dinner was of modest quality, didn't particularly like the choices.

Superb

The hotel room was very nice, clean and styhlishly decorated. The bathroom was very nice - it had floor heating and Rituals products. We were travelling with our dog and they had left a little bed, anbowl and a snack in the room. There was also a sign which we could hang on the door to inform others that there was a dog in the room! Fantastic buffet dinner and superb breakfast included in the price. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

The pillows weren't amazingly comfortable. The main problem, however, was the parking. Street parking is limited and currently there are roadworks, which means there's even less space. So if you travel by car, be prepared to drive around the few surrounding blocks. We ended up finding street parking a short walking distance from the hotel.

Great choice but cold areas.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, variety in food buffet, sauna.

It was quite cold, especially at the hotel restaurant.

I´ll be back.

The courtyard where meals are served is quite nice, even in the winter. The breakfast was great and the dinner was also very nice, not least since it was included in the price. Hygge!
