Loved our short stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and well kept! We loved how short of a walk that we had to the beach. Location was very easy to find. The only thing we would have liked to have was outside access to the back door, that way we could have gone to and from the beach a little more easily. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely come back!!

We loved our stay I wish we could have stayed forever. Very nice condo with all the necessities. Could also state that there is a Mr coffee & maybe invest in a can opener. All else was great. We will be back in the near future!! My home away from home & thank you for sharing 🏖️

Very nice property, clean and well maintained. We have been renting this property for the last five years for a week or so with our two little dogs. Easy access to the beach and a nice grassy area for the pups.

This anniversary trip was by far the best staying in this condo! Right on the beach as close as you can get without being directly in the water! The condo was more than we could ever ask for and David and Kristen are the absolute best! We have been all over for our yearly anniversary trips and this by far exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home. We made great friends in this small community and we are already looking forward to next years trip to celebrate and spend time with our new friends in this amazing condo on the beach!

The condo was as described. The communication plus information provided for the condo from the owners was clear and useful. The extras like beach chairs and toys was a great addition. The access to the beach was awesome and loved not having to use stairs. We only had a small issue with WI-FI and David helped to resolve it that day. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the location was perfect. The owners provided a quick response to any question we had. Being on the first floor, we didn't have a beach view, due to the sand dunes, but had privacy while on the patio and small yard, which was surprisingly nice to have. You are but a few steps from the beach for those morning and evening walks. We recommend it highly.

First floor with beach water only 40 or 50 yards away with no elevation change. Lots of shallow beach as opposed to steep drop off. Parking lot right in front. Super cold air, AC. This hasn't been easy to find in years past. Affordable and close to west Destin

We really enjoyed our stay! Our unit was very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfy! We loved the grass area for our dog and being steps away from the beach was absolutely perfect! It was a very relaxing and peaceful stay!

Communication with the owners was top notch. Wifi was good although there aren’t cell towers that far down the strip so cell service was eh. Couldn’t place food orders or make calls, but we dealt with it. We wanted to be on the bottom floor because we had our fur kids with us and it was just easier with them. The only thing with that was that we couldn’t enjoy the ocean from our unit. The dune prohibited it. If you don’t mind stairs the second and third floor would be best for the ocean view. It was very easy getting to the beach though. Also the washer and dryers are on the second and third floor. An in unit washer and dryer would have been great but all in all it was wonderful!! Would love to stay again!!

Location, location, location! With only a few steps, we were right on the beach. We say sunrises and sunsets every day. We were at the end of the strip, so little traffic, besides the few fly overs by the local air base, which were fun to see too. Neighbors were great. We had a nice area for our little doggies. Just what we were looking for.

The owners need to know the back door hinges and door knob is rusted and hard to close. The place needed base boards cleaned. Mattress is guest bedroom is outdated. Kitchen appliances were nice. The wi fi was easy and appreciated. The picture of the ramp is not available and belongs to neighbors.

The property was literally the few steps to the beach as described and the hosts were top notch! I had codes and instructions and everything I needed before I even left home! Superb customer service!!

The property was clean and the owners were great to deal with when an issue came up and they were able to accommodate us. Love being on the ground level, only draw back there wasn't a view of the Gulf, but after a short walk the Gulf was there.

This ground floor unit was just what we needed with our grandson . Just a short walk to the beach and convenient so if my grandson had any issues we could walk back to unit he is autistic so we never know what might happen . We loved it so much we prebooked for same time next year.

Overall the best place I have booked via VRBO. The place was exactly as described and location was awesome. Located on a private road, so very little traffic, but it was so close to all Fort Walton and Destin have to offer. Could not have asked for a better spot. And the super short walk down the path to the best beach I have ever stepped foot on. We even got to see a small beach wedding our last evening there. It had all we needed for our week long stay. It was myself, husband and 20 year old daughter (even she enjoyed herself and she is very picky), as well as our 2 small dogs. All questions we had were answered promptly. We will definitely book here again. Next time I will bring some windex along, or pick some up in town, as I like to do a once over after we load out just to leave things super nice. I did not realize there wasn't any until we were packing up to leave :( so I do apologize if the place was not as pristine as I would have liked to leave it. Thanks so much for the perfect week at the beach :)

This is our second time visiting! Both times the condo has been super clean, pet friendly, and a easy check in process! The condo is literally steps away from the beach where umbrella and chairs are provided. We loved being on the ground level as we can still hear the ocean but the grassy area is perfect for any fur babies you may have. The owners are fantastic to work with and so helpful and friendly! We noticed condo upgrades this time we visited so owners are very attentive to keeping the place is great/clean condition. We will definitely be back next year!

This property is exactly as pictured. Perfect beachfront location in a small condo building behind the dunes. So convenient and just steps away from the ocean! It's the only way I choose to visit the beach - beachfront, private and quiet. This is my first time using beach service and it was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent from being to end. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect and very roomy. If you have fur babies it makes it easy to be on the bottom floor also. The condo is fully supplied with everything you may need for your stay And it’s in a central location and you’re near everything. Our stay was too short! Thank you so much, The Chesnuts

My two best friends and I stayed here. Simply amazing. Once we arrived, we never left. Just steps to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided. The kitchen was set up perfect for cooking at home. The beds were so comfortable. The house was so clean and so cute. Communication was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was nice. It was on the beach as advertised. The unit is behind the dunes but that was in the description and not a surprise. Being ground level was very convenient. It is an older building but very clean and well maintained. The furniture was all comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, though with the great dining available we didn’t cook much. Booking, check in, and overall communication was super easy. We had a great vacation and I would recommend it his unit.
