QUIET ROOM ON MY SIDE OF THE BUILDING, GOOD SLEEP. THE DIRECT AREA FULL OF PERSISTENT BEGGARS CONGRE

CLEAN. GOOD FURNITURE. GOOD BATHROOM SAVE FOR SHOWER THAT DISINTEGRATED.

NOT - A SINGLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TV CHANNEL. THE ROOM SAFE - NOT WORKING. WHEN REPORTED THIS AT THE RECEPTION, THE GIRL RESPONDED BY SAYING : " why do you want a safe?" NO - DUSTBIN IN THE ROOM. THE ONLY ONE WAS A V SMALL ONE IN THE BATHROOM. NO - HOT WATER IN THE MORNING !!! WHEN REPORTED AT THE RECEPTION , AN UNSMILING MAN REPLIED : " I KNOW. WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM FROM TIME TO TIME". NOT A WORD OF APOLOGIES, NOT A SINGLE SMILE, OR ANY BASIC COURTESIES FROM THE STAFF.

Relax y comodidad cerca del centro de Murcia

La tranquilidad y el tamaño de la habitación. El parking muy espacioso.Muy agradables todos los empleados y en especial la recepcionista Amal que estuvo encantadora. Muy bien comunicado el hotel con la red de autobuses, la parada está muy cerca. El centro se encuentra a 20 minutos andando.

it was a pleasant experience overall.

room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious enough, and housekeeping was good mostly except for the changing of sheets for the length of time I stayed. According to the front desk, they changed every day, but that was not so.

Superb

It was lovely, all the staff, from the cleaning lady, to the lady in the cafeteria, to the life guard, were all amazing.

They have to work on the pipes, because our bath/shower was clogged

Spacious rooms, well-prized, friendly staff

Access cards for the room stopped working (this happened almost every day). The staff was more than willing to fix them again, but it was a bit of a hassle.

it was advertised as having a pool but it didn’t have one. there was 100’s of wild children running around the hotel without any supervision.

Location is good, staff was helpful

The hotel had stated the pool would he open from June 2nd however upon arrival this was June 9th. We booked this hotel because of the pool and the roof terrace and we were unable to use it. The hotel looks a lot nicer on the photos than it actually is. There is only tea in the room, no coffee

Well communicated location, kind staff, clean room and excellent for parking

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was nice and kind.

Shower head in the room was not comfortable because water was not fully coming out but just dribbling. Also, reception was not picking up the phone time to time, so was not easy to reach them in case of urgency. Lastly, pool is not open until June.

well situated at the edge of downtown. Parking under hotel.

Pool not open until June. Also tea bags but no coffee; charge for water. no mini bar. Safe didn’t work. Key had to be re programmed. Worn looking sofa.

Family City Break

Nice big spacious rooms which are very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff at check-in on arrival were not very friendly helpful or welcoming. Restaurant has poor choice for families and pool was closed. Probably more of a business hotel suited to short stays.

Nice accommodation for 1-2 nights

Nice location, big room, good enough breakfast, parking for 6 euros, Mercadona on the corner

We didn’t have free water on arrival

very enjoyable mini Christmas break, will return

great location 1.4km walk to city centre. spotlessly clean. really lovely welcoming staff. dogs welcome. Good breakfast selection. great value bar menu for lunch/evening dining

balcony door would not close properly, shame no entertainment over the Christmas period
