Great place to relax over a weekend, the sauna area is great, the full board is breakfast, 'light' lunch (but also with a warm main dish!) and full on dinner with some wonderful options. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Awesome that they allow an early check in and a late check out! Keep it in mind when planning a weekend there :)

the shower in the room and the bed were not a 5* standard I would argue, but maybe I'm too picky at this point.

Spa was not so luxurious as we expected and all spa procedures were full, so you pay 350€ per room per night in spa hotel and cannot use any spa procedures…

* large, comfortable SPA area, with beautiful infinity pools; the water in the pools was warm and comfortable; a sufficient number of sun loungers. * Food: breakfast was standard, with enough variety of food (freshly squeezed juices, eggs in different preparations, snacks, pastries, etc.), the only significant minus for me was coffee from the machine. Lunch was also satisfactory, but without enthusiasm. Dinners with more gastronomic sophistication and diligence on the part of the staff.

However, despite these advantages, we got the impression that this hotel clearly saves on staff and is absolutely not welcome to new customers, especially foreigners. No 5 * here and does not smell. After all, 5 * is, first of all, service and customer focus. * Upon arrival, no one met us, did not offer help with luggage, however, as well as when leaving the hotel, too. It seems that this service is simply not available in this hotel. * The reception staff throughout our stay was unfriendly, not smiling, and even rude. They know English somehow: when they asked to bring bathrobes and toothbrushes to the room, until they translated into German, they did not understand what we wanted. * Cleaning is not good enough. Cosmetics not in individual packaging, including body cream, caused a clear disappointment. The bed was not made well enough, the sheets rolled up, and the quality of the blankets and pillows obviously does not correspond to the 5 * level, they are clearly worn out and need to be replaced with new ones. Towels and bathrobes are old, shabby, long in need of replacement with new ones. * In the SPA area again, savings on staff: in the presence of 2 pools, not a single lifeguard or person who monitors safety. And the danger there also comes from wet floors, which no one wipes for a long time, and on which you can easily slip and injure yourself. Used towels lying on sun loungers, where there are no people for half a day, also no one cleans up, just like no one adds clean towels in the pool area. When we first came there, we could not find clean towels, we had to go up to the room to get them. * Well, the icing on the cake is the sauna area .. Complete unsanitary conditions in the jacuzzi, where naked people (women and men together) turn sour as if nothing had happened. And this does not bother the hotel staff.. Seriously?

The food in restaurant was very diverse and healthy. We especially liked the spa area, which was very clean and nice. The public and staff there was also very pleasant.

It is the second time we stay here and again we loved it, and looking forward to visit again . Everything is super amazing : Food (chef restaurant)breakfast. light lunch and dinner , room , and spa . We rented e bikes from the hotel and had a lovely afternoon biking in the area . The stuff is so kind and nice .

Everything was super amazing. The only thing that that disturbed our stay is that the pool and jacuzzie that were supposed to be heated to 32 C were not heated for 2 days during the weekend so very few people used it , the stuff said that there was a tech issue during the weekend and a technician will come on Monday to fix it, I expect such a hotel to either fix it in a a shorter time or invite us to go to the Therme near by until the issue will be fixed.

Nice hotel in a great location, in the middle of the green nature. The hotel is modern, well furnished, room good size, bed comfortable. Breakfast, dinner tasty and rich. The wellness area are is perfect with 2 pools, saunas and nude area as well.
