Great stay at Cortina

Was upgraded to the suite and it was amazing. The spa is welcoming and well equipped. Breakfast was also great! Great fresh fruits and a verity of cheeses, hams etc.. would definitely recommend

Good

The spa is nice, pool is ~28 Celsius. Two saunas that are both great. Easy parking and complete breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Rooms 10, 11, 20, 21 are above the kitchen and will vibrate + constant noise all day and night unless you ask the kitchen to turn off the fan. We had to change rooms at midnight because it felt like sleeping on a plane. Lots of other devices in the room make uncomfortable noise like the fridge or the lights in the closet (?). The breakfast/dinner is in the basement without windows, feels a bit claustrophobic.

I love this location and I love the people I meet, I couldn't start any other way! Great location, beautiful surroundings and superb hospitality at its best. I have great admiration for this hotel and what they offer, their hospitality is of the highest level I have ever encountered in Italy and I must mention that I visit Italy 7.8 times a year.. When I arrived at hotel I just found out I received a free upgrade.. our room, should I say apartment, was divine... the living room, a gorgeous living room with a view of the mountains, with a superb interior design, typical of the Alps in a modern, welcoming and elegant. design. . the bedroom, where I had a second balcony, overlooking the spa and the surrounding nature, elegant, clean, comfortable, welcoming... I was deeply impressed. The food was excellent as was the service. On leaving, I wanted to thank them and say goodbye to everyone, because I want to mention that you can't leave these exemplary people with goodbye and good day, I wanted to raise a glass to absolutely everything offered and to thank accordingly, deeply grateful for the services rendered. Again, everything was from home, the kindness and hospitality deeply amazed me and I will never choose another place in the Dolomites. I admire you for what you do, thank you for what you have offered me and I can't wait to come back.

Excellent location, staff, room, spa and breakfast. Really recommended !!!

The staff was amazingly kind. They helped us with our hiking plans and information placed around the hotel. The spa was excellent with 2 saunas, a warm swimming pool and many places to relax, which was very important after long days of trekking. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, The center of the town is within 15 minutes walk or 5 min. driving.

Superb

Excellent staff and breakfast! Lots of variety of food options - one of the best breakfast we have had in Italy so far. Also loved the pool and sauna facilities!

No aircon. But the staff did try to help by popping a fan in our room but it was still uncomfortably hot in our room.

Lovely spa hotel in beautiful surroundings

Hotel was a little bit out of town but very nice location. Shame about the construction next door as this did ruin our balcony view. Pool and spa were heavenly. Breakfast excellent! Parking was a plus.

Exceptional

the room was amazing, pleasant colors, large windows, bathroom was very clean, we loved the hotel in all aspects. Breakfast was quite common, not to many warm dishes, but as we are in Italy, carbs are the dominants. We would come back here anytime!

relaxing spa is great after day of walking. nice breakfast spread in the morning with attentive staff.

the hotel is on the main road and therefore it’s noisy. there is no a/c so in summer the room gets uncomfortably hot.

Excellent stay in Cortina, would definitely recommend!

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, I would like to mention Augusto for his professionalism and kindness, spa and pool areas very nice and clean (great choice of teas that you can enjoy next to the pool), excellent breakfast (delicious and so many choices), great location and fantastic views over the Dolomites, free parking. Right in front of the hotel there is a public walk that takes you to Cortina in about 15 to 20 minutes - lovely views!

Our room was a bit noisy being next to the street, but absolutely fine with the door / windows closed. A tower fan would have been nice as sometimes the rooms do get very hot in the summer.

Fantastic Service, Amenities and a VIEW!

Fantastically helpful staff and fabulous amenities. The pool, spa, and sun terrace are a great way to unwind after a day in the mountains. The breakfast is a stellar spread of good eats that will give you energy to burn for the day. The bar is a great place to sit for a cocktail and relax. And THE VIEW! Looks right out to Cinque Torre and Tofana. Absolutely fabulous place.

There is a new hotel being built next to it, so they get to work around 7 in the morning. And there is a big crane that is a bit of an eyesore, but it doesn't obstruct the view. I imagine the big work will be done by winter 2022, so go enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay, hotel is definitely worth the money, staff was great. We also enjoyed spa and swimming pool.

great stuff, very stylish hotel and we got free upgrade, great breakfasts and restaurant,

no aircondition, with those tropical temperatures reaching higher altitudes some nights it was bit too hot for someone not used to Italian weather ;)

The whole team was amazing. Extremely attentive. On the day of our departure, as we were going to travel very early, they prepared bags for each of us with a delicious breakfast. It was all perfect. We definitely want to come back.

Lovely stay, amazing hospitality & breakfast

I was really impressed by the hospitality of the entire staff - they were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast offered everything you could wish for, our room was spacious and the baathroom modern. The spa area looked great but unfortunately we did not have enough time to use it.

Nothing really - just wished I would have stayed longer and had more time to explore the spa area

everything! the spa is super good and our room (the cinque torri) was big enough for the 4 of us. perfect views, big baths!

maybe a fan in the room would have been nice. it was a little bit at night! and the spa, it should open until a little later.

Disappointing and we will not be returning .

spa was great but had to time it carefully otherwise it was full of shrieking children 🙈

extremely noisy resulting in disturbed nights sleep. Evening meal was poor with little choice and overpriced

Small but stylish little hotel right outside the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s close to so many amazing activities and the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo but it has a laid back, calm atmosphere. The small indoor pool area is beautiful and clean and doesn’t feel too crowded. Food at the restaurant was very good and we ate there a few times.

The beds are a little hard and the lighting could be better. A coffee machine in the room would be super nice as well since with the COVID breakfast rules, staff are super busy serving guests. One note, the steam room and bio sauna were both out of order during our visit.
