Las instalaciones eran muy antiguas por ser un 4 estrellas. Estabamos en una junior suite, éramos 3 adultos y un niño y nos dieron una habitación más pequeña que a mi hermano, que eran 2 adultos y 1 niño. En la habitación habia una araña y debajo de la cama estaba lleno de pelusas.

Het ontbijt was zeer slecht en zeer weinig keus en geen kwaliteit. Zwembad was smerig. Personeel is matig.

Las instalaciones muy relajantes, habitación muy bien, jacuzzi perfecto, y sobre todo la cama, que gusto descansar en ella. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado, es haber podido disfrutar del spa.

alles wat inorde!! ontbijt zwembad niet van toepassing, persooneel heel vriendelijk was 2 de keer dat ik hier verbleef. kamer had niet de voorziene bedden zoals gevraagd maar kamer werd dan verandert naar veel groter kamer!!! super initiatief van dit hotel!

De kamer was prachtig en de rust was zeker geapprecieerd. Prachtig uitzicht ook, maar vooral het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, alles wat je kon bedenken stond er tot zelfs cava. Een echte aanrrader en we keren er zeker terug.

Rondom heb je er niets enkele restaurantjes en verder niets. Dus een auto is er wel aangeraden.

It was in a good location

It was very tired, and needed a lot of work to bring it up to date, and it’s 4 star rating. Pool loungers were basic and uncomfortable, and it wasn’t a luxury hotel. Rooms were in a state of disrepair.

Personalet meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Super god service. Da vi ankom allerede lidt før 12 og vores værelse ikke var klar, blev vi opgraderet til en suite og fik den med det samme.

Sofaen i vores suite. Man gled ned af den når man ville sidde der i og en skivebordsstol var aldeles ledløs. Lidt slidt mange steder hvilket ikke var forventet ud fra pris. Lugten udenfor i hele området var modbydelig og bar præg af rigelige mængder stillestående vand.

Très bel hôtel, cadre magnifique et très belle piscine. petits déjeuners et dîner excellents. Personnel très accueillant.

Il y a eu un mariage et la 2eme nuit a été très bruyante.

Breakfast was awful, not much choice, coffee was out of machine and was awful, no coffee or tea making in room and no iron, staff not very friendly for 950 euros for 4 nights it was a lot

The room was dirty like the curtains and where people have squashed insects on the walls. The patio we had was filthy it had not been cleaned in a long time. And the swimming pool not up to standards we asked for a pool towel but when asking the next day for one they said you have one towel for your stay which is unhygienic.

Location was convenient for our stay

Noise from next door rooms (walls very thin) Our first room had water leaking from air con and so changed rooms but not same room.

A very friendly welcome and the staff will go out of their way to help you, we checked in early in the morning, and had no issues. The pool area is also very well maintained, and the sunbeds are of good quality. Comfortable bed/pillows, good air conditioning and beautiful decoration throughout.

The breakfast could have been hotter, if you choose those options, but the selection was good, and it was enjoyable. There's not alot that the hotel can do about it either, but you probably do need a car, if staying longer than a few days, as there's not alot to do within walking distance.

Breakfast was great! Swimming pool is wonderful.

Some very small things needed attention, like the sunbed next to the pool was broken and there was a small tear in the cloth of the sofa in the room

Hotel lovely ang great location. Reception and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lovely and quiet. Spa area lovely.

Leaflet said pool open 11:00 which is far too late in this weather. Fortunately guests were going earlier and we did too. My husband is in a wheelchair and we must have been too early one morning and were stopped from entering by the man cleaning the area round the pool. This was after breakfast. We left and returned later to find he had been called away from the pool to help other workmen. We set up our sunbeds and shade when he came back to clean the grounds. He stopped more people from setting up but I couldn't pack up and get my husband in the wheelchair again so he cleaned round us but was not too happy. I don't think this is the right way to treat guests. We are in our 70s not rowdy kids. This is about our 4th visit to the hotel and live in Spain..

The overall ambience. Well manicured hotel. Friendly staff.

The uncomfortable mattress. It was not firm enough. Could feel every slight movement by partner. The sauna was closed for building works which we knew about but, one day the reception filled with dust as builders had not enclosed the work area!!!

Spa was closed for maintenance but as we were not there for that it did not matter.

The room cleaning service and breakfast staff were excellent

The pool was not cleaned at all during our weeks stay, it was very dirty, drains on pool floor were clogged with debri and full of floating dead insects daily, we were also not informed the indoor pool was closed during our entire stay, with building work ongoing, we reported a leak from our room ceiling one morning but no one dealt with it and it was dripping through a light fitting all night
