Il bagno nuovo e bello, letto comodo con topper e cuscini di qualità, hotel centrale ma silenzioso.
Pulizia a colazione, le stoviglie non erano molto pulite.

Bel posto sono già stato più volte e ci ritornero sicuramente.
Ho avuto dei grossi problemi per fare dei cambiamenti di riservazione se si una Booking.com
e questo mi ha dispiaciuto molto, e che ci ha causato anche problemi con l'attribbuzione delle camere.

De service was fantastisch. Het bed was top! we kwamen een dag eerder aan, vanwege verplaatsing van de vlucht. Ze pakte het gelijk op. Het ontbijt was heel erg goed!
Ik moet zeggen dat ik het gek vond dat er maar 2 stopcontacten waren, waarvan 1 in de slaapkamer en 1 in de badkamer. Voor de rest was alles helemaal top geregeld.

The location
My room smelled really funky and was just kind of old and dingy. The vibes were also kind of like… “this is a hotel for swingers”. It felt/looked very broken in. There was a stereo from the early 2000s, and some button on the wall that said something about “sexy time”. Overall it was just creepy. I’m glad I only had to stay one night.

The location is perfect! Everything is a walking distance. The room was exceptionally beautiful with panoramic window covered with trees filled with birds! Was a very beautiful view to wake up to! Clean sheets and bathrooms, super friendly staff and nice overall vibe to the place

comfiest beds and pillows we had during our 3 week tour. great showers.
This should come with a warning for people past the age of 30-35 years old. There’s music piped everywhere- lobby, lift, bar. The rooftop terrace is not accessible to paying guests during the day. access is at 4pm and starts with a Dj. The hotel seems to be trying to hard to be funky and for me it was passé and cringeworthy as well as annoying. there’s one window in the room which lets in the light 24/7. We seem to the first to complain about this but the staff quickly handled this and blacked it out. Taps don’t work with wet hands. Bed base and bed table have sharp corners so I’m bruised. I think those under 35 will enjoy this but I’d stay away if anything over 40 years old.

Fantastic location. Extremely comfy beds. Great roof terrace with amazing views of Madrid.
View from bedroom was an idle alleyway. However, this was clearly stated on their website so no issues or surprises.

Modern hotel in a fantastic central location with amazing rooftop terrace bar.
Being central meant there was a little city noise outside throughout the night and early in the morning.
