Definitely needs some soundproofing as you can hear everything that goes on upstairs which was making me a little bit paranoid because I felt like if I can hear them they can hear me my son cried a couple of times and hopefully we didn't wake them up on our early departure but we only stayed the nights so wasn't too bad the path from the main street to the studio is very narrow so if you have a suitcase plus extra bags it's going to be hard to access the studio. Thank goodness I had my dad with me I would have totally struggle getting past the boat. There was a doggy smell to the studio and not sure if it was mould or just damp I was smelling in the air but staying at this location was good enough for the price and we found it easy to access the hospital and the City.

Location was good, easy to find, friendly hosts, good communication, felt safe and easy parking.

Set up of the room was weird, unnecessary clutter in 1 dusty corner and you seemed to have to climb into that corner for the light switch. Pillows were not great. A lot of noise from main house above. Had to squeeze past a boat to get to the unit, hard with luggage.

Lovely quiet location. Brenda was a great host.

Overall the unit is good

We are spoiled with hard mattresses and had trouble sleeping in soft ones. But every person is different.

After all the accommodations was average. We had a big room with a queen sized bed and a single bed, a table with 2 chairs, a microwave, a cattle, plates, glasses and cutlery. We also had a private bathroom with shower. A tv was also in the room and they provided free wifi. The parking was in the street. The downside was the acces to the studio, we had just a very narrow space on the driveway between their boat and the fence and the view from the room was the backyard which was not so welcoming. The studio location it's under the main house and you can hear every step and every noise made upstairs.

David was very friendly and my daughter enjoyed playing with Max the dog. The dog is an optional extra and can be kept away if required.

A little thing. There was no soap dish in the shower. Some of us like to use our own soap. Some mugs were not properly cleaned so my wife had to wash everything before we used it.

The basketball hoop and a fun loving dog were a bonus for my 13 year old son
