Location good, Rooms average. Walking distance to the beach. NO pool and other facility

Pros: Location is good, Room Chalets are average. It's walking distance to the beach.

Cons: The bath tub in the room could not be used due to water leakage. This is a private property which upon booking it didn't indicate, also the person in charge didn't inform us that we are not allowed to use the pool that belonged to the hotel, and no room service for food or buggy available.

The view only

Overall we disappointed with the service and the room. İts not worth for the money we have paid. The toilet is dirty and unhygienic. Comforters, bed sheet and towels too smelly and dusty....got lots of bed bugs. The staff in charge especially NANDA is so rude when complain about the room...Not worthy at all

Kawasan dan customer service (Nanda), toiletries.

All.. Xberbaloi bayar. Tapi servis hurmmm. Toilet kotor,lepas complain ke Nanda dia snd org dia dtg cuci. Tapi i still xpuas hati. Sebb bayar mahal. Bnyk semut. Ada taik cicak. Sawang bnyk. Air pun kotor. Kat balconi ada satu storage tau, Bila buka penuh dengan tong2 cat lama. Iron board pun hurmmmm. Bantal bau. Towel pun bau, bau mcm peluh orang. Dinding kayu xberlap. Bilik berbau. Washroom berpasir. Laki i plak yg bersihkan dulu. Udah leee pegi nak sambut anniversary. Sekali. Spoil😩😩😩. Salah sendiri sebb xbaca review org lain kasi hbis.

DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Scammed. Please don't stay here. I have booked for 5 people and the property offered me 2 beds to sleep for 5 adults. And they don't have any extra bed option to add on. The answer from that is "this is our standard room and no problem for others to sleep for 5 ppl in 2 beds" End up we didn't checked in and the PIC "Nanda" promised on the refund. She asked me to call Booking.com for the refund which I did and the Booking.com sent the property an email for the refund process. The property just ignored all email sent by booking.com. All message being ignored afterwards and they just don't care. DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

They spoil our holiday mood & my wife birthday

I leave the chalet once I step into the chalet. Useless chalet & customer service.

Toilets are dirty. Lizard and cockroaches everywhere. The bed was so dirty. Ceiling was worst. The air con was half way out. We left. Took other hotel. I spend more. But til now they don’t want to refund my payment. The mgmt staff Nanda agreed to refund the payment. TIL now I m WhatsApp them they r not replying. Please dun take tis hotel. Tis is useless hotel

tempat yang agak usang .. kebersihan langsung tak dijaga .. bau yang agak hancing di tandas .. mozek yang berlumut .. overall menyeramkan tidak akan repeat untuk kedua kalinya ..

Very dissappointed

Security latch on main door broken. No light in shower. Toilet had to remove water tank cover to flush. Stains on bath towel. Water taps at basin loose. Most of the plug points do not work.

Worth for money and it could be better experience if was maintained more well

The bedroom part was clean and the balcony was clean. Special thanks to Ms Nanda for her hospitality. She manage to arrange a room with good view. She have provide us with big room with 2 queen bed. The bed we were using was good and comfortable to sleep. The hot water and shower was good.

The entrance of the room start with bathroom. The tile off the bathroom does not get good impression when we enter the room. Maybe its bcoz of the colour which look like dirty tiles. The flush does not work which cause more inconvenience when we use wash room. There was bath tub provided but we does not feel to use it bcoz it was broke and also feel like to clean or maintained very well.

The place is nice and quiet, but the cleanliness is poor. Strategic location, nearby to town.

The bathroom were dirty, the floorings are not clean. It will be more convenient if you can provide slippers to be used for bathroom and toilets. I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Situated by the seaside, can hear the ocean wave.

U are at the corner of a bridge which people can see u in the room if u open ur curtains. So that u can hear people talking when they are passing by. I am welcomed with a cockroach when arrive & during having a bath. The bed no really clean, my wife & I got itchy skin after staying a night.

Amazing and quaint.

The check in was super easy as we were assisted by Nanda through Whatsapp prior to our arrival. The location was also very peaceful compared to every other hotel.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that some of the furnishing was a bit dated and in need of an upgrade, especially the toilet.

Very average place. Not worth the price.

Good location on the water front.

Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Room smelt musty like it hadn’t been aired in a while. Facilities we’re only okay. Didn’t realise it was just same chalet as Lexis building, just privately rented out.

Pleasant stay

Room with good view and clean. Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Friendly staff and fast response. Easy check in process. Good location of the chalets.

Toilet lighting is a bit dim especially in the shower. Toilet door was badly broken but staff said the new door is arriving soon.
