There were issues with the coffee machine. Wasn’t working when we went to breakfast, but they supplied us with coffee from down stars.

It’s brilliant. Simple but modern, air con that works, lovely lovely lovely. Perfect for ferry’s, on the water, but perfect also for walking into Naples city centre. just stay here.

Don't book this hotel!!!! - The staff broke our luggage and the front desk advised us to email. No one responded to the e-mail and the damage is about €200,-!! - On arrival there is unresolved parking. For two nights I paid €100,-!! - There is a lot of noise in the hotel, so you will not sleep!! - The food in the restaurant is terrible. Recommendation : The price/performance ratio does not correspond to reality!!!

I like the fact that the hotel was near the cruise ship. Staff was kind and nice. Hotel is located in a safe zone. The hotel can hold your luggage for you before check in, was a plus.

Breakfast was odd and had cookies and nothing nutritional. There was a NO ICE policy. You cant even get ice from their restaurant or from the staff. Someone kept tampering with our DO NOT DISTURB sign. Wifi was horrible. Shower had leaks that turned into a puddle in our bathroom. Elevator was slow. Walking the stairs was faster.

Excellent spacious air conditioned patio room with a door onto the patio to sit and wind down in the evening with a view of the port. Comfortable beds and TV offering too. Breakfast was very nice continental offering with some of Napoli's favourite pastries. The staff were excellent throughout (thank you Orianna!) and check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. Taxis are available to be ordered from the hotel reception and arrive within 3-5mins. Close to the main Napoli Centrale Train Station (10min drive) and also a 15min walk to the Spanish Quarter or a 25min walk to the main Napoli downtown areas. Wonderful time here in Napoli and recommend this excellent spot.

Overlooking the port, next to where the cruise ships disembarked. Close to bus/tram/ metro. We loved our stay there to explore Naples

I booked the hotel for the position to Molo Beverello Port and was more than satisfied. The hotel is in the perfect location for access to the ferries going to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and the islands in the Gulf of Naples and cruise ship departures.

Interesting hotel in a port building, very special views on cruise ships, ferries, battle ships from the terraces. Very good pastries for breakfast. Location is close to the Spanish Quarter, but not really close to the center. Ideal for travelling on with a ferry.

Rooms on one side directly face the entry road.

It was quite a perfect hotel for who wants a good price, comfort and good location. We enjoyed breakfast

Our experience was simply put- perfect. The staff was so nice, each and every one. exquisite service that exceeded all the expectations. Breakfast was very good and the selection was great and diverse. The view from the room was spectacular. You can see ships entering and exiting the harbor. The location was on-point. a quiet area inside the harbor- great location for families and anyone who likes quiet environments, yet not too far away from the historic city center (10 min. walk). The hotel has a great bar for coffee or liquor during the day, and an option for dinner starting from 18:30. Would come again and recommend fondly. Thank you Smart Hotel Napoli!!!

We only stayed one night in the hotel at the end of our vacation. Because our flight out was very early the next morning staff helped us book a taxi and provided us with a boxed breakfast to take with us. The restaurant on site served us a tasty simple dinner and we sat at a table with a wonderful view of the adjacent harbor. We watched two cruise ships prepare to leave the dock and we enjoyed watching the ships finally leave. Staff and waiters were helpful and very cordial. The bed was very comfortable and we liked our outdoor deck. This would be a convenient hotel if you were going on a cruise or had plans to travel by boat to Sorrento or Capri. We like a view of water so this location suited us.

VERY difficult to find late at night in the dark .there are no signs. also there are security barriers To go through which make it confusing. a sign on the hotel and at the security barrier would be good.

Great location, close to many tourist attraction. Very easy to get from/to the aeroport ( Alibus has a station in front of the Hotel). Clean rooms and nice staff.
