Located in Murfreesboro, this charming house for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 4609 sq' home. Large rooms & lots of space. 5 Bedrooms (One Downstairs, Master & 3 upstairs). 17 Beds - Sleeps 24. Pool table & ping pong. Swings, tennis & basketball court behind the home are available after school hours. 6' jetted tub. Kitchen, Laundry, Super Fast Wi-fi. Large deck w/ charcoal grill. LR with 65" TV & gas fireplace. 2nd TV in separate TV room. NO Cable TV, but there is Roku, Netflix etc. Also, you can play movies on DVD, Thumb Drive or HDMI Cable. Tankless Hot Water Heater. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including free coffee, spices, condiments, napkins, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Fridge. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. No smokers, drugs, pets, or parties. Tankless Gas Hot Water Heater - you will never run out of hot water. The downstairs bedroom was a former living room. There is no door to this bedroom but a heavy curtain covers the entrance as shown in the photos. The playground, swings, large open field, and tennis courts behind my house can be used anytime after school hours or on weekends. Please note that the game room is not able to be used during quiet hours, 11pm-6am. This house is set up for guests. I or a trusted friend live in the separate unit apartment adjacent to the house. It is attached to the house but has it's own private entrance. I'm available most of the time if needed. Established neighborhood. Very safe & quiet. 5 minutes from I-24 & I-840. Close to the movies, Kroger, Walmart and 100 restaurants . 10 Minutes to Murfreesboro, 15 Minutes to MTSU, 30 Minutes to downtown Nashville. You will need a vehicle to get around, or Uber or Lyft is popular here. A simple identity verification procedure and rental agreement confirmation are required during check-in by local safety regulations with an easy-to-use form to complete on your smartphone. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions close by. You will need a vehicle to get around, though Uber and Lyft are also popular here. The property is just 5 minutes from I-24 & I-840, 10 Minutes to Murfreesboro and 30 Minutes to downtown Nashville. If you're ready to explore, check out Cannonsburgh Village as well as Stones River National Battlefield. We stayed here for the weekend with our youth group before heading to Asbury University for a youth conference. The layout was perfect for the number of girls/boys that were with us. They loved wiffle ball in the school ball diamond!

Our long weekend trip to Nashville included a Nashville Sounds game, 18 holes of golf, 3 NASCAR races (Trucks, Xfinity and Cup) and a few trips to Broadway street and we had a great time. When planning this busy trip for 14 adults, we needed to find a place that would check all of the boxes of a bed for each person, enough room for alll of us to gather and relax, provide fun downtime activities and also be of high quality. This property provided all of that. Add to this a Host who was responsive to all of my early questions and also included instructions that allowed for an easy check in and checkout process and this was by far my best rental weekend. Our group would highly recommend this property as a rental choice.

Our group was there for a soccer tournament. This house provided room for 5 families. It saved us a ton of money and we enjoyed our time together relaxing and playing games. Great accommodations!

David was the best host! He was present at all times for anything we would need. The house was clean with many bedrooms for our groups' needs. The location was perfect, just a couple miles from 24. It is surrounded by many restaurants and activities for teenagers. If I come back with another school group, I would definitely stay again!

We had a big group of family who wanted to visit Nashville. We needed a big house with lots of beds for everyone and this worked. The kitchen and the back deck are nice. Everyone had a bed and was comfortable. It was a little wierd having someone living in the attached garage, and being asked to talk softly after 10 or 11, even in the house; so if you have a noisy group, maybe think twice. Overall though, i would recommend this house for big groups who need a place to stay in the area.

We were so lucky to find this house for our soccer families! There were so many beds that we has a sleeping space for everyone! The kitchen was more than well equipped and there were even 2 washers and 2 dryers! This is the perfect place for a large group and was so much fun it’s the game room.

This property was large enough for our family reunion of 24 people. The game room, large deck and playground kept the children and teens occupied. The long kitchen table that had 14 chairs was great.

This property was the PERFECT place for 15 adults to stay while attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The kitchen and dining table worked great to prepare a meal and then all sit down to enjoy the meal together. We all enjoyed the game room and hanging out there together! David is an excellent host with a quick response time and even allowed early arrivals to check in an hour early. He came to check on us during our stay and even took a photo of our group for me! Everyone liked their room and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We hosted 7 adults and 4 children at this home in October. The outdoor space, including the school next door, was ideal. The bedrooms were filled with beds, none of them comfortable or with quality linens. The kitchen and dining table worked well for the size of our group. David lives onsite and was friendly, but not intrusive. The whole home could use a deep cleaning and new carpet, but overall a successful stay.

This house was sooo comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms have ideal set-up for multiple families. Minimal decor so you didn’t have to worry about children breaking anything. Everyone liked their rooms and enjoyed their stay.

We were all very happy with our stay, and first experiences in the area! We hope we were quiet enough during quiet hours, made it somewhat difficult as that was normally the time we were all gathering back for the night and catching up with each other.

My team stayed at Davids house while playing in a tournament. Location was excellent! The girls had a great time! Will definitely return if possible!

We loved staying at Daves! The kitchen and game room were awesome! Loved the long table! The bedrooms and bathrooms suited us well also. Wish we could have had had the time and weather to enjoy the deck.

Appreciated that coffee, toilet paper, napkins paper towels plus several other items were furnished. Liked the idea towels and wash clothes were in the bedrooms. It would have been nice if there were doors rather than curtains on the bottom floor bedroom. It was noisy in that room in the morning and later on in the evening. If you do not mind sharing a bedroom, this house works for a larger group. We only had 6 staying there for the weekend.

Patio area was great for our group to sit and talk, neighborhood was nice. And we enjoyed hearing the kids at the school playing outside. Large table accommodation was great for a big group.

This property is huge with multiple beds throughout each room. The space combined with the game room made this the perfect layover stay on our way to the beach. David was an outstanding host and communicated with me to insure we had no questions and the stay was convenient for all.

Several friends and I hung out here for about half a week to play some video and board games. Kitchen was excellent for cooking large meals, SO many beds, plenty of table space, well maintained, very comfortable. Great experience.

We stayed at David’s fun house in order to hold a small surprise party for our mother who was turning 70 years old. The home easily accommodated our family and the location was great. The large back deck was perfect for morning coffee and our outdoor party. David has two small grills that we used to grill hamburgers for our party. There were multiple Adirondack chairs to sit in, and the school that is located behind the house was perfect for our kids to play yet. The only complaint I have is the requirement to remove our shoes as the carpet in the home is already very dirty in many spots. But, I suppose this is his way to reduce the carpet from further deterioration though. There is also no cable TV which was not that big of a deal but it would’ve been nice to have.

This property had everything needed to help make our family retreat be a success dual a/c systems, like new pool table, ping pong table etc. Itdidnothaveinternet for tv but we didn't want to watch tv. Kitchen was stocked well with amenities.

This house was perfect for our family of 16 . I especially appreciated the large table for all of us to eat together. We had plenty of room, a huge deck and a great outdoor space behind the house with swings, play equipment and room for kickball. Lots of restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby to enjoy.
