Wrong information given when checking in. Told we could have lunch but NO food available except “toast”!!! Room very noisy at night, constant noise of machinery and no facilities at hotel. Staff at reception very unfriendly and unhelpful.

All the staff very friendly and accommodating, very helpful. cleaning was spotless as well. All in all, couldn’t fault the staff in anyway, 10/10. views from the rooftop pool were stunning. The bar downstairs was excellent, I had a couple of cocktails from there and they were very good.

The hotel itself needs a massive update. considering most of the machines if not all in your gym don’t work, I wouldn’t advertise you have one. the running machine was so loud, I didn’t want to use it incase I upset or or woke up anyone sleeping in the rooms just down the hall. half the weights didn’t work either. there was no instructions on how to use the equipment too. some were self explanatory, but not all of them. there were two restaurants and two bars never open the entire time I was there. People where bringing drinks in plastic cups up the pool because of this. The mandatory swimming cap rule and that you have to pay for it as well, also dampened the rooftop pool experience. I think if you have such a rule, your guests shouldn’t have to pay for the caps. Even though the view from the rooftop is stunning, and gorgeous to go see the sunset and sunrise, it could be a lot better if the bar was open, as well as getting rid of the swimming caps, or don’t charge your guests for your own rule. The restaurant upstairs was only open for breakfast, and I never saw anyone eat at the one downstairs. the breakfast was OK, but I wouldn’t have liked some more fresh fruit, and the scrambled eggs were disgusting and swimming in water.

Provided the wrong room moved rooms 4 times before they got it right. Bed is a rock. All the gym equipment is broken. Location not close to city centre

The breakfast exceeded expectations but the room smelled poorly. The shower stall was poorly designed & the pillows were flat. Palermo itself is a dump & we'll never be back. The hotel was located in a trashy area despite their attempts to make it safe.

- helpful staff - very good breakfast with the nice view of the harbour @ the 14th floor - free private parking - traditional sicilian food restaurants and take-aways near by

- even its not a bad thing, you must keep in mind that the city center is not at walking distance

Food ..Restaurant is not great and did not have any varieties, purely local cuisine, Breakfast is just cold meats and pastries Not good for Family with Children Facilities No AirCon in Winter months and that is not specified as disclaimer in the booking

Very pleased - front desk staff was wonderful! Very accommodating & friendly. Our flight was 3-hours late & we told the desk we had arrived, but we wanted to eat before checking in.
