Spacious and great view
A bit of a walk from the station

The view from the upper balcony was good as well as the connecting to the train station.
The staff, except the guy doing his summer job there, was not polite starting with the first message. Then the property is like a jungle and it was always a struggle to get to the garden hut, which we got as a room. The hut was not really clean, only half of the electricity in it worked and the ceiling was partially coming off. One reason for that are probably the rodents running in the ceiling right over our heads. As visible, they have also partially made there way through this ceiling.

The location of the house is very good. It is completely in nature. The hiking route to visit Manarola or to the top of the hill is just next to it. City centre of Riomaggiore is 10 mins by walk.
The room is not at all maintained atleast in which we stayed. We paid 250 euros for 2 nights but in room except a bed and fridge nothing else is useful. The room was kept unclean, the toilet was common and ok. The fan was there but no air in 30 degree temperature. I would recommend to stay in la spezia 5 mins from rio.

Location was excellent. Getting to and from is easy as well once you use the lift!
Shower was a bit old and broken, and lots of cobwebs all
Over the place. There is no aircon also but a fan is provided.

Great place very beautiful area and view.
A bit small

The view
Owner was late. Then had to wait for the baggage man to show us where it was. Owner was very grumpy. Bathroom was not clean at all and the shower is barely usable.

The room charming. There was a narrow terrass where you can sit in the evening and look out on the Med. The personell was very helpful and arranged a parking.
The parking in the village is a real problem. Your hotel etc can be very far away from parking. It is very hilly. In your room you can hear very clear what people talk in the other room. The garden needs pruning etc. No WIFI. The tv is a joke.

pretty outlook.
The property was shared amongst a number of parties. The walls are very thin so was woken a number of times to loud voices and other activities. No rubbish bins to put teabags or food scraps. no bath mat or hairdryer provided. On arrival the lift did not work and the young assistant carried most of the bags up a huge number of stairs. The location is pretty but I had requested something lower down from the top of the hill (which I was told he had) but poor communication and not understanding ended up in my being told off about my expectations.

View was amazing and the center was close
Unfriendly owner, room really small and it's a dirty shared bathroom which is really old. Money is not worth is at all

they place for parking but they don’t even ofert to you

Nothing. The room was in a building advertised as a villa. It was nasty with a dirty bathroom. No screens and no power when we arrived. Left within the hour. Could not stay.
It needs to be advertised as a room without a view.

The view from the bakcony if it was not accompanied by flocks of mosquitod
In our 50 years of extensive worldwide travel, this was by far the worst. “Check in” is a tiny scruffy shop in downtown while the room is up a very steep hill reachable only by foot . The whole town is inaccessible by car so “by foot” is literally by foot. Luggage is out of the question so the only use of this room (broken toilet!) is for under-50 fit climbers who are willing to pay almost 200 Euros for a camping experience complete with a super aggressive grumpy “Receptionist” whose only reaction to complaint is to complain about ungrateful customers. The place should simply be banned from Booking.com. And no, he did not give me a receipt for cash payment, so I can only hope that my credit card is not raided.Pure old world tourist trap horror that should be banned from Booking.com.

good location. comfortable bed.
there was no kitchen even though it says so in the description. hot with no air conditioning or bug net for windows, no ventilation. didn’t feel super clean but ok. address is not the same as in the ad. there was a kettle but no mug.

view
the room did not cool off at all and it stayed 80+ degrees the entire stay- could not sleep at all. and when the neighbors take a shower or bath it steams up the entire room.

The view was great!
Bed was really bad , not even and made a lot of noise when you had to turn around.

Property was extremely dirty and filled with bugs.
The beds are filled with bugs and only one charging
socket worked. Property looked like it hadn't been
cleaned in years and was actually filthy. Crazy
amount of money to charge for a bug infested
room. The location given is actually the store
location, following which they bring you to the
location of the property which is very far away and
has way too much overgrown shrubbery and plants
surrounding it. The actual property is located in a
terrible location with you having to go very high up
before descending a few flights of very narrow and
hard to manoeuvre stairs. Leaving the place is
especially hard as you will have to carry you
luggage up these narrow stairs.

The location is excellent. It’s above the village, but very easy to access with spectacular view and very quiet. The garden and the terrace are wonderful. Would definitely stay there again!
My room was inside with the window onto the wall.

It was a place with very good balcony facing the sea , the rooms were clean. A perfect place if you are planning to stay for a while and visit other places from riomaggiore in cinque terra.

beautiful sea view close to the center. it was clean and cosy! hotel owner was very nice and welcoming:)

We really enjoyed our stay in Cinque Terre! We booked a single room without a kitchen. The accommodation hade a lovely terrace with an amazing view over the sea and the mountain. The room itself was a room with one bed, a fridge and a small but renovated bathroom. The room and bathroom was very clean. It took about five minutes to walk to the center of Riomaggiore from our room. We really can’t complain about anything in the room, except that it got very cold during the night.
The day after we arrived our host offered us to change to an apartment instead on the same street, since we asked him if there was any kitchen we could use the day before. So the apartment we got also had an amazing view, a big newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Everything was very clean. Also a bit cold during the night, but there were extra blankets too use.
Also our host was super friendly and helpful! We are really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to both families, friends, couples.

Quite clean, not too far from the village
It was overpriced, quite a small room and the bed was not comfortable. There were no amenities like tea or coffee and the room wasn’t cleaned while I was there.
