Quiet cul du sac street on the former Lochmoor Golf Course, This community is close to shopping, restaurants, Grocery stores, places of worship, parks, golf courses, and public boat ramps very close. Golf course is currently unavailable, but maintained. El Rio Golf course is 1.5 miles. 2 Queen beds and 2 full length sofas, one reclined on both ends. Large guest bath. Both bathrooms have tub shower combo. Both bedrooms have Walk in closets. Community pool 2.5 miles away. Extra parking pad has been added to each side of the driveway for convenient parking.

The home was pleasant, comfortable and clean with huge closets. Colleen was a wonderful host and installed some new appliances and a new mattress while we were there. We enjoyed eating on the porch and listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. It was located about 16-30 minutes from almost everything we wanted to do in any direction.

This was our second time at this property because we were so pleased after the first stay. Each time, we've arrived to an impeccably maintained home. Colleen is great with communication so check in is a breeze! We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying again on our next visit to the area.
