Perfect location at the lake, unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday after 2 days due to a positive Covid infection, this was no issue and Betty has been very kind and supportive

Missing a cozy couch to stretch your legs. there was no description of how the room was arranged. Bunk bed is in the entrance hall connecting to toilet and bathroom. It has no own window.

Well located, very clean, well furnished, kitchenette is great, the view. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The beds were hard and the nights were noisy.

Some of the facilities of the apartment were a bit old (f.ex. the dishwasher didn't work)

The apartment was big and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was very clean and quiet. The property was very nice right on the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a locker to keep our ski equipment.

The shower head did not have a mount up on the wall, so you had to hold it the whole time or take a bath.

The view from the room was amazing. Excellent location for hiking and reaching Gerardmer by foot. Room had a fully equipped kitchennette. For sleeping, it was VERY quiet (also not a lot of other guests at this time, which might be related). A lot of closets were available in such a small room!

The bed was not too lengthy for larger people (e.g. myself 1m85), and standard in width (1m40) which was a bit too small for us. Because of Covid, the breakfast was in a box which is less luxurious than a breakfast buffet. However, considering the price it was still worth it. The WiFi was broken most of the time, but the hotel manager warned us for this during our stay.

Location is great, in front of Gerardmer Lake. Betty is very kind and helped us with all our needs. Appartments are equiped very well.
