Très bon hôtel

Joli complexe hôtelier nous y avons passé une seule nuit . Repas du soir à 14 euros par personne sous forme de buffet beaucoup de choix.tout comme le petit déjeuner. Prix très très correct avec Booking Grand parking devant et hôtel situé en front de mer

Nähe zum Strand 100 Meter. Frühstück sehr große Auswahl, es fehlt an nichts. Großer Balkon. Sauberkeit.

Die Zimmer und Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen, sind Renovierungsarbeiten bedürftig.

super, gezellig hotel met alles erop en eraan

Ja zwembaden waren aanwezig en proper, ook speciaal ene voor de allerkleinste van 1jaar tot 4 jaar, heel tof een beetje apart dat ze niet gestoord worden. Bij grote drukte hebben ze nog een extra zwembad voor volwassen en ook waar het iets rustige is, dus positief als te druk word. eten was in buffet stijl gemakkelijk, waren twee schiften om de drukte te vermijden en deze liep zeer vlot, het drinken kon je meteen direct betalen 4 euro per persoon per dag en in restaurant zelf zoveel drinken als je wou. Personeel ruime tijdig op en je word zeker niet van je tafel weggejaagd voldoende tijd om te eten en te genieten.

Chill days away!

We had a wonderful two nights at the hotel in the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The space on the terrace is huge. It is covered with astro turf and feels like a huge garden! They supplied good quality sun loungers, a table and chairs and in one area if the apartment a chair and table for relaxing and taking in the views.

The fact they were fully booked and we couldn't stay longer!

Not recommending.

The view was nice! Pool and the exterior was ok but inside very old and not quite clean.

Bathroom we had was broken by the drain and rusty. All the furniture very old and broken. Beautiful view. We have stayed one night but just for a sleep but I wouldn’t be there for a holiday. Breakfast included but very poor quality food. And not variety.

If you don't go all-inclusive, you can't get any lunch or snacks in the hotel, not even a sandwich or chips something small. Rooms are outdated but that didn't bother us.

the hotel was old and worn out. there was no where to sit at all so you had to stay in your room . old people need to sit in a lounge. food was dreadful . it was not a 4star. more like a 2. you need to tell this hotel. it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

The sun was shining and we love Roquetas but the hotel was very drab and dated.

The pool was attractive and a good size. The hotel was close to the sea

The balcony was glass and had huge cracks in the panes and wobbled, it was very unsafe especially with our 3 year old. One of the beds had a broken slat and the bed settee was broken. The food was ok but not enough staff. There was rotten apples and the toaster was in a ridiculous position next to a jutting wall. The entertainment for children started far too late. There was major work going on that I wasn’t aware of when booking the property. At times it was very loud. There were a lot of steps up into the property with no handrails.

Breakfast, entertainment for kids, pool for kids, shop with reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean hotel

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, pillows had no filling and no blankets in rooms for cooler nights.

No WiFi Not much in the way of facilities All inclusive but had to pick what sitting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks were apparently available but never found them. Not many employees that spoke English On the last day as we had a late flight they allowed us to keep our all inclusive wrist bands but then would not refund the 20 euros paid for them Very old and outdated building. No comfy seating anywhere No tea or coffee facilities in the room or water Food was not a great standard and the same food served everyday Towels not provided for the pool At best 3 star but that's pushing it

We were only bed and breakfast, weather was so good we chose to stay by the pool for the day, got peckish and they wanted to charge us 14euro for a plate of chips! Bathroom tap didn't work properly, and holes in the shower curtain so floor ended up soaked / lethal

I definitely recommend this place

The clan the rooms every day. The staff is very nice even though not all speak English they still try to help. The entertainment is great, always something happening. Great for families. Right on the beach. Aircon in the room. Big rooms. Grate value for the price of it. You have the option of late check out if needed

The card key got broken something. Not the greatest wifi connection for the rooms
