Challenging.

Location

Breakfast was buffet style without staff in attendance. Food was uncovered and cold had been lying for a long period. There was no attention to hygiene which rendered the entire process unsafe from a health point of view. Wi-Fi was intermittent and unreliable. TV reception was also unreliable.

Unclean, moldy and overall horrible.

good location

Hard to understand how they got that high rating 7. Worn out, moldy and broken. Toilet leaked in the washroom so couldn't understand wether it's piss or water on the floor. Careless service. 7:30 am Saturday morning we God a knock on the door with breakfast in plastic bags. It's a horrible hotel and one of the worst accomodations I have had in Asia. Lucky we stayed just for one night.

My room had generators on the balcony that made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. I checked out early and booked elsewhere

Perfect area

Whole apartment was so comfortable and easy access by using passcard. Friendly and helpful staff. The area so near with Topspot food court just walk about 5 min. And near with other facilities, bank and 7-eleven.

Good location, basement parking with access card

The location and off course the staffs. We're arriving late at about 10pm something and Stan welcomes us and assist with the c/in process. Upon entering the unit, there is no washer and dryer as advertised and immediately I informed him. He arranged it to be send the next day and when we came back from our activities, its already been installed 😁 tq so much for his prompt response. Spacious apartment unit with balcony

The unit looks a bit rundown with old furniture and very old fashioned. No shower head but not a big deal as long as the water pressure is good and with hot water running ok. Very basic amenities for the price that I pay (2K+) and its a different unit and setting from the pictures shown/advertised in the apps. Somewhat misleading. So first impressions when we're entering the unit, we're puzzle as it is totally different but its ok we're decided to remain stay for the rest of our 4days and 3 nights vacation, no issue. And I specifically requested for a higher floor and they assigned us on 10th floor (during our telephone conversation) but when we arrived, unfortunately we've been given the 5th floor instead. Again I don't want to make that an issue and just agree due to the tiredness and its already late at night. As I said it was all different from the advertisement. Its ok lah maybe next time they could gives us a better deal 😁

Location in town centre. Easy to park if you drive. TopSpot food court with cheap seafood is few meters away.

The door a bit hard to open. Aircond in my room didnt work well but the one in living hall is OK

No pleasant stay. U have nice hotel at strategic location but poorly maintained

Good location. Good facility but poorly maintained

No good tv channels. Warm air-conditioning and stopped automatically after few hours running. Washing machine and dryer too noisy.

A good stay that could be improved a lot. 3 stars at most.

Great location, definitely. Common areas and room cleanliness are satisfactory.

We had trouble gaining access to carpark and wifi facilities. Initially, these were not offered or queried to us by the reception staff. But, they did do a good job to accommodate our requests regarding these issues. Breakfast was the greatest disappointment, it was just some simple takeaway from a local hawker shop in my opinion that would only be worth RM10 at most. Certainly not worth the price of a room with breakfast included that we were expecting.

Great Value for Money.

Location right in the middle of Kuching city center. Room 1201 Gateway Apartment overviews the Santubong mountain, Waterfront and the city view. Spacious room, with full amenities

There is unpleasant musty odor in the guest bedroom but should be quite easy to remedy with odor removal products. But it would be an unwanted surprise for traveler who expect a cosy night sleep.

When late parking. Security talking too much. Ask we find our parking space.. Also hotel place never put ant sign where to check in. I almost half hour waiting look for the entrance for check in

Out dated poorly managed hotel

The room was outdated and furniture need attention. The seat in the room, cover torn. The furniture was very tatty. The bathroom door and ceiling both had mould. The room was very noisy, both from the inter leading door and the door leading to the outside veranda, basically no insulation. The Wi-Fi was non existent likewise the TV had 1 channel that worked. It need much attention.
