Apparently we hadn't given them our dietary requirements so dinner and breakfast were not available to us. we thought it was a 5 star property?

absolutely overpriced.

Beautiful views, lovely gardens and flowers. We had a nice area outside our room with a bench looking out onto the river. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view out of the window. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks.

I don’t think it was value for money, we paid for over 650 per night I would have expected a lot more. The room itself was fairly standard. The shower wasn’t great (not overly powerful and tricky to get the right temperature). It was an old building so we could hear people in the room upstairs. Whilst it’s a nice quiet area it’s quite a drive to the city so you will need to hire a car.

the property and the surrounding is amazingly picturesque and great if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation to unwind. there is even little town nearby to explore.

the location was quite far away from the city but it’s allowed visitors from Sydney like us to travel outside of the touristy spots while getting to know the locals.

Incredibly beautiful and perfectly restored, it was like stepping into a dream. We had the most comfortable stay here. The host was kind and helpful.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Excellent food. Beautiful setting.

unique heritage building with direct river access

The staff were wonderful , very attentive and kind.

The cost of the room was high as was the breakfast cost of $40 per person.

Amazing home, beautiful room/views of the Derwent River, food was excellent and service was exceptional, highly recommend
