I liked it , it was well located, it is close enough to the exhibition centre and xcose enough to the town center , perfect location for what we needed

Renting agency is fraud. They exhibit another apartment's photos and give something else. The apartment was not the one i booked. Location was correct but photos are different. If i saw the photos of real apartment i would not book it because it's a very old family home. Booking.com should interveine to ConzeptPlus's account and give them a penalty for this fraud.

You discover last minute the real adress, and cannot cancel. Or change. All photos are fake,!!!! Finally finish in a dirty suburb, with gangs dealing out door, no lights in stars, ans sleeping on a sofa. Old Lady speak only Turkish in Germany, she try her best, but, was very clean inside apartment but horrible apartment, poor gand ma lady. But is a unfair total robbery robbey from Conzept plus and booking. Impossible to contact bouth to find a decent place with real bed not a sofa. Is the minimum. Thankd to old grand la did her best but zero to Conzept, and booking.. Is a shame....
