Situated in South Daytona, this lovely condo for $371 per night is a great choice for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AMOUNT SHOWN AS "HOST FEES" IS ACTUALLY THE CLEANING CHARGE PAID TO THE HOUSECLEANER. Located in a secure beachfront community of friendly neighbors, this freshly renovated two-bedroom penthouse puts you steps from the sand and a short drive from Daytona’s top attractions. Once you see the view from the balcony, though, you may just decide to stay in. A PERFECT DAY Early risers get rewarded up here on the eighth floor, where you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the comfort of the king-size bed in the master suite (complete with oh-so-comfy Doctor's Choice mattress and Distinguished Guest linens). Pull on a bathrobe and head to the kitchen for coffee. Here you'll also find new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, soft close cabinets and recessed lighting. Then it’s time to settle with your coffee on the private 40-foot balcony, watching huge pelicans soar by just a few feet away and possibly dolphins frolicking in the breakers. In those quiet dawn moments, when the rest of the world is sleeping, it feels like the ocean, the sand and the sky were put there just for you. Then it’s back to your suite and for a rejuvenating stint in the walk-in shower, renovated with grab bars and seat for maximum ease and comfort. By now, there might be someone stirring in the guest bedroom, which has additional privacy provided by a hallway pocket door; two Doctor's Choice twin beds and the same spectacular ocean views, plus its own walk-in shower. (There’s also a sofa bed in the living room with upgraded mattress.) Now it’s time to discuss the day’s plan over omelets at the intimate breakfast bar. Will it be a beach day? The unit comes stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Anything else you need--from surfboards to umbrellas to paddleboards--can be rented just down the beach. Maybe you feel like lounging by the year-round heated pool, chatting with the friendly neighbors of Sandpoint; or pamper yourself with a visit to the sauna after a trip to the on-site fitness room. Perhaps you'd like to explore Daytona by car: The elevator will whisk you down to the underground garage, where your dedicated parking space awaits. The Speedway and Boardwalk are just minutes away. But if you’re anything like us, you might decide that the condo has everything you really need today: all the amenities of home (wi-fi, three flat-screen TVs, A/C, washer/dryer) and 23 miles of pristine Floridian white sand stretching in either direction, the azure waters of the Atlantic extending as far as the eye can see. Look, a pod of dolphins! ABOUT THE BUILDING/LOCATION You can’t get much more beachfront than Sandpoint, which gives you direct access to Daytona Beach Shores—dubbed "The World's Most Famous Beach"—for sunning, swimming and fishing. The gated building features high-tech security; welcoming common areas (including poolside cabanas, and rest rooms, a BBQ grill, fitness center, and a cozy library); and an on-site property manager to handle maintenance and any unforeseen issues. Twenty minutes from the airport, Sandpoint is close to all the attractions: You can see Kennedy Space Center rocket launches (to the south), right from the balcony, as well as the nightly fireworks display over the Boardwalk during the summer. Drive to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse in just 10 minutes, and local restaurants and grocery stores are right around the corner. Come for the never-ending ocean views from the balcony. This unit is our favorite one to stay at in this building! It is decorated very beautifully and has everything provided that you need to enjoy a long term stay! The owners are super great to deal with! We definitely will book this room again next time we go to Daytona Beach Shores! The ocean view is spectacular from the huge balcony! This property is exactly as listed online. This was our third year staying here and will not be our last. The furnishings are beautiful and the housekeeping is spotless. There is nothing that we needed that we did not find. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. The owner supplies beach towels in case you forgot yours. You can always find beach chairs and toys next to the reserved parking spot in the garage. The condo is centrally located to stores if you need groceries, pharmacy items, fresh seafood and great restaurants. My favorite thing about this condo is the view - it's like your own little paradise from the huge balcony. Thanks again Jack and Diane! We will be back.

We opened the condo door and were all at awe. (5 adults) It was clean, decorated to the hills, very comfortable and spacious. The ocean view took our breath away. It was amazing. The pictures on the VRBO website did not do this condo justice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. The beds, pillows, and linens were extremely comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. There were games, beach chairs, towels and a washer and dryer for our use. It was like being at home but away from home. The property owners thought of everything to ensure our stay would be memorable; and it was. There was a welcome book with detailed information about the condo as well as places to eat and visit during our stay as well as a discount card to use for local food shopping. We didn’t want to leave! It was a wonderful vacation. We will be back next year! Thank you so much! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pleasant stay at Daytona Beach, FL.

Fantastic Stay at Sand Point Condo - Will be back

Amazing beach getaway
We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owners answered all my questions and responded almost immediately to all messages. They were very flexible with our schedule which allowed us to enjoy all of our time there. The property was beautiful! I watched the sunrise every morning from the bed room and porch. The condo felt very homey and comfortable. I was so impressed by all of the cooking supplies in the kitchen they really had everything you would want or need to cook any meal you would like. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to book anytime I am in the area.

Beautiful beachfront condo
We had a lovely stay over thanksgiving. The main living area has recently been renovated and updated. The owners suite has a king sized bed, large closet and an ocean front view! The other bedroom was cozy for our two small kiddos. Jack and Diane promptly answered questions I had about parking and the door code. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful time at the heated pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely return when we visit Daytona again!

Absolutely breathtaking moonrises and sunrises worthy of award-winning photography will captivate you from the penthouse condo's many windows and sliding doors. Relax on the expansive balcony and watch playful dolphins, walk the quiet endless Daytona Beach, prepare your own meals in the well-organized and supplied kitchen, or go out to eat at numerous fun restaurants. The condo is super clean and has all the conveniences of home. Jack and Diane are great to work with and we felt right at home in their magnificent condo the moment we walked in. The room was one of the best we have stayed in for over our 20 years of escaping from reality. It has the most amazing balcony and view. Condo is furnished with everything imaginable. Beds are super comfortabl.e. We will be staying there from here on out.

Nice place
I arrived a few days after my family but I enjoyed myself none the less. The condo was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only thing I have to complain about is the elevator at the building kept being out of order forcing us to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs several times. It is an older building and I know that like anything to here is wear and tear but I think that updating something like that should be a top priority for the building mgmt / owners.

Beautiful views, well appointed. Had one issue with the building, only 1 elevator was working the entire stay and it also was down on and off (stuck on a floor we were told by others) so we had a long stair hike to the 8th floor.

This was our third time in as many summers staying here. It's a very nice and comfortable unit and it's in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and most common spices. Fast internet and cable tv. The owners are terrific to deal with. We love being right on the beach. We will most likely be returning again.
