Wonderful stay and beautiful bedrooms with the view of the cathedral. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended!

When we made the booking we requested secure cycle storage, which the hotel confirmed was available to us. However, on arrival we were offered the residents car parking area which was part of the public multi storey car park - this is not secure cycle storage. But the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem by storing our cycles within the hotel.

Excellently located hotel in the centre of Chartres. Clean, nicely designed rooms. Hotel parking across the road.

There wasn't anything I didn't like however a couple of points to note. The car parking is not big so anyone with a large vehicle could find it a little tight. The bathroom was small. And the restaurant is a top class restaurant (i.e. charges premium prices). This isn't a comment on the quality of the restaurant nor a criticism - more a comment for awareness that if you're arriving and just looking for a simple meal you won't get it here. It's more fine dining.

Very clean and comfortable with a perfect location. The staff are really helpful and there’s a garage to park the car.

The traffic noise was very bad and kept us awake all night and the room was tired.

Very nice outdoor dining & bar. Reception called surrounding hotels to find a secure parking for our car that was too high for their own garage

Had to sit in a bathtub for showering. Miniature bathroom.

Bed was comfortable

Size of rooms. Very hot room. Fan did not do anything. Asked for a drink at bar at 9pm to be told it was closed. Size of shower ....never seen such a small shower.
