This is a beautiful large one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Close to shopping, Greek village on the Anclote River , and many fine dining establishments. We are minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We are central to most of Florida's popular vacation attractions. You will love it. The apartment is a large one bedroom one bath. Approximately 900 square feet. Close to everything. There is a lovely balcony deck that overlooks a beautiful garden. Watch the manatees just steps away in Spring Bayou during the winter months. This is an ideal location. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us. The large bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a cozy seating area. The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable queen size bed for additional guests.

This property offered more than we could’ve imagined. The best location within walking/biking distance to downtown Tarpon and the Sponge Docks. We will be back!

Cute & cozy, quiet & relaxing rental with all the little things thought of & supplied. Appreciated the air conditioner working great, considering our FL heat & humidity, a cool place is a necessity for us!. Also, nice linens & decor. Great location, close to lots of areas of interest. Thank y'all for a great place to stay in Tarpon Springs!

This is an absolutely adorable apartment on the 2nd floor of a cute cottage. It's about a block from a smallish bay with a park, and a 5 minute bike ride to the marina area which has a couple of good restaurants and the sponge store. I brought my paddle board so I could explore the waterways in tarpon springs, which I did the first day but unfortunately I had to leave a day early for work related issues. I'll be back though! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our concert weekend! The cottage was cute and comfortable and had everything needed for a weekend getaway. The check-in procedure was simple and the hosts were so kind and helpful! The location and nearby amenities were an added bonus!

Best Location, just a few steps to Craig Park and the manatees! It's also a short walk to downtown. We also had the fun of meeting other travelers who were staying in the other units on site. This place is just the cutest, with everything you could need, we hope to be back soon!

A fantastic apartment in a superb location -within walking distance of downtown Tarpon Springs shops and harbour. Across the road from Spring Bayou. Facilities in the apartment were first class with a lovely outdoor seating area. The hosts did everything to make the stay memorable.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway with my sisters. Spent time at the sponge docks doing some shopping, saw the sun set on Sunset Beach, and even got to see dolphins in the Spring Bayou. We loved sitting out on the porch sipping local wine after a long day. John & Linda thought of everything, from maps and takeout menus to coffee and condiments. The apartment was cute and cozy and we would definitely love to stay here again!

This was the perfect weekend spot. It was an easy walk to downtown where there were several restaurants and pubs. The sponge docs are a little further away, you could walk it but we drove. It is the more touristy part of Tarpon Springs. We had no issues with the apartment, however you should know the bathroom is very small and it is a big step up to get into the shower. We will be back for another weekend getaway. Thanks John.

Amazing!!! I really enjoyed my stay, besides all of the sweet personal touches, the hosts had every amenity you could think of and if I had forgotten anything they had remembered it and had me covered! It was such a sweet cozy cottage and I felt right at home, I actually had a hard time leaving!

We had a lovely getaway. This place is comfortable with multiple sitting areas and quiet. It is near to Greek restaurants. We enjoyed a comedy show and dinner at Snappers Grill and some great specialty brews in the area.
Some things to note: there is no dishwasher. The bathroom & kitchen are small, but the bedroom is quite large.

The carriage house is a comfortable little get away in a great location. Very clean, nicely furnished and bright. It is an older building with nice historic details. I would love to come back again.

We loved this place. The apartment was so comfortable. They thought about everything to make our stay exceptional. Close to the Sponge Docks and loved just walking around the cute little neighborhood as well. Definitely will return some day. Very highly recommend.

Tarpon Springs is a great spot to stay for all kinds of reasons and this unit is in a great location as well. The unit is comfortable and an easy (and scenic) walk to town . The only potential downside is that the bathroom is very tight so if you are not too mobile, it might not be the place for you. But that said, I would definitely come back again.

Tarpon Springs is a great spot to stay for all kinds of reasons and this unit is in a great location as well. The unit is comfortable and an easy (and scenic) walk to town . The only potential downside is that the bathroom is very tight so if you are not too mobile, it might not be the place for you. But that said, I would definitely come back again.

Only steps to a very nice park on Spring Bayou where we saw plenty of manatee. Minutes from downtown and beaches. Perfect.
