Nestled in Woodland Hills, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This newly remodeled condo is located in the heart of the Warner Center! You are literally less than a mile from the Topanga Westfield Mall, The Village, AMC 16 Promenade and all other shops, restaurants, and bars the area has to offer. If that isn't enough, the condo is is just one block from Ventura Blvd giving you access to all of the Valley from Calabasas all the way to Universal City. The unit features two en suite bedrooms/bathrooms all NEW kitchen appliances and all amenities you need. The unit comes with two gated/secure parking spaces and the building has 24 hour security. The condo is on the top floor of the building which is perfect for quite use and enjoyment. The unit is conveniently located above the pool, hot tub, and community room. Additionally, the laundry room is right off the main elevator in our wing of the building. There is also a community pool located just outside the condo for your enjoyment and use. Burbank Blvd runs adjacent to several major streets and the infamous 101 Freeway is even closer for easy travel throughout Los Angeles County, Ventura County, the coast and beyond

The property was perfect for our mother daughter get together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so if we needed some alone time it could be easily done. The property was in the back of the condo complex and close to the parking lot. Our parking stall was close to the elevator which made it easy to unload our luggage and groceries.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Right of the 101. Nice pool and deck to hang out on. Would definitely stay again. Need to fix door to deck and better chairs outside. But great place and host.

It was a lovely place to stay. I would suggest a few more dishes as there weren't enough to keep from constantly washing dishes. Thank you!

Christopher was communicative and flexible with our travel plans, and did everything possible to make it a worry-free stay, even after we changed our travel plans. The property was clean, bright, and well-maintained, and the perfect size and layout for the 4 of us. Very comfortable, with modern amenities, and easy access to transportation. Very highly recommended!!!

The first 2 days my friend and I could not believe that no one mentioned the condo backed up to the freeway in any of the reviews. But after 2 nights I barely heard it anymore and my friend said the same thing. All in all we loved the condo. We were in town for a week getaway and I always get a VRBO when traveling. The condo was in an amazing location with very easy access to the freeway and honestly just in the middle of it all. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels. Both beds are firm. Both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The couches are very comfortable. The water pressure was amazing and adjustable.

We had a very comfortable stay at the condo. It was roomy enough for a long stay and to host company as well. It had all of the essentials, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful. We've stayed at several vacation rentals and all agreed this was the best so far.

My daughter & I were traveling to California to look at school and just mess around. We were going to stay for 2-3 weeks, so we wanted an affordable, yet clean and convenient place to stay. The parent complex also had a gate entry which was important to us for safety purposes. Also, it was so convenient to Starbucks, grocery shopping and right around the corner from jumping onto the highway. If we went back to this area we would for sure stay again. Chris, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
