Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved the sunset views from balcony. Not a bad drive to beach. But owner needs to invest in new bedding. Woke up every day with sore back from the hard mattress on bed and sleeper sofa.

Very clean, has a turning lane for easy access from westbound side on Miracle Strip. Pool very nice, access limited from outside, so pool area is just for guest at the condo. Beautiful view of the bay

Our time was great! Condo is located on bay side of Gulf. Very close to anything we needed or wanted to do! Only downfall of condo was the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open, it needs oiled or fixed to not fall/stick to the hinge.

We have to wait almost 3 hours for you to help us to open the apartment, the code is unnecessary long (10numbers). Both mattress are old and needs to be replaced and the bathroom should be conditioned for handicap people

This cute little condo has it all and the best views ever! Very clean, and is your home away from home. It was equipped with a small cook top, coffee maker, refrigerator, and plates,cups, bowls & utensils. I liked the keyless entry concept. I would definitely recommend this location!

The perfect room for 2 with great views. Awesome place to stay, Communication is all done through online and phone. Nobody bugging you from the front desk. It's easy. Treat the home as you would your own. Highly Suggest this location.

The price each night is too much. In my opinion, the price should be $50 a night. The patio chairs were broken and the pool water was extremely cold, even with the sun out. The water was also dirty. The patio door was extremely hard to open as well. The condo was equipped with more than enough towels and the floors were very clean. The bathroom was spotless, the TV should have been a smart TV instead of the old-fashioned one that was there. The A/C took forever to come on. The vending machine said it took cards but it didn't, it only took cash. I wanted to visit the bay but the bridge was wobbly.
