Fabulous location close to all amenities but out of town centre. The sea view rooms have excellent views of Newquay Bay and the harbour. Lovely breakfast and the hosts are very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful place and had the most amazing views from the room of the beach. Location couldn’t have been any better, walking distance from all of the main beaches and also close to lots of restaurants/pubs. Breakfast served in the morning was lovely and the staff were very accommodating and were always happy to give recommendations on activities and things to do and see in the area.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Weather was very hot and a fan was provided for us. Dietary requirements were catered for. Fantastic sea view from our room.

From when we got here we were welcomed by Rhia. Rhia and Dom were so lovely and attentive. Nothing was too much of an ask and we were provided with clean towels and other amenities whenever we asked.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The hosts were so kind and warm, our room was amazing, and the breakfast was incredible. My dad would happily spend all morning in the comfy chair in front of our window just taking in the stunning views and listening to the breaking waves. If I could give this place 11/10 I would, and I will be back as soon as possible.

A warm friendly welcome with information of the area. Homemade cakes each day to enjoy after a long day out. Superb breakfast with a lovely sea view. Great location with plenty of places to eat and drink and a short walk to the beaches. Very comfortable B&B with such lovely hosts

Cliff House was in a good location for us, with 24 hour parking 5 minutes away. The view from our room was superb, overlooking Towan Bay and the room was spacious, well furnished and spotless.

Central location which was ideal for a mini break. Friendly host who communicated well. Great view from the room we booked. It would be nice to go again when all restrictions are lifted to experience breakfast in the dining room. We had an enjoyable stay.

Location. The owners. Breakfast, which had lots of vegan options. Extremely comfortable bed. The view. Decor…..pretty much everything. We’ll go back!!
Top floor room if your bigger than 6,3 and portly you’ll struggle in the bathroom. Also you’ll need to be fit to get the bags up the stairs. The property does advertise both these points but with a mention. The bath does have a shower attachment that’s very good.

The location was fantastic! We booked the suite for the sea views and they did not disappoint.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast worked well and we had the granola every day - it was superb! Hosts were great, wonderful hospitality! This is a great place to stay!
Parking was an issue for us - would have liked to know. Expensive to park every day (£8).
A fridge in the room would have been great. Even Sainsburys and Morrisons had no ice!!!!
Little things but could make a big difference.

Great location, owners were very welcoming and helpful. My bedroom had a fantastic view. I loved the yogurt, fruit and granola pot for breakfast, it was yummy. Would certainly stay there again if we re visit Newquay
The bathroom wasn’t great in the room where my children stayed, couldn’t stand up straight and no proper shower, which they missed!

Room was immaculate, breakfast was brought to our room every morning and it was delicious and we had a great choice of options (ate in our rooms due to breakfast room being closed for covid restrictions). Rhia was always just a text away to help us and even provided a takeaway bag as we left early in the morning on our last day.
Our bathroom was slightly on the small side so would certainly take a sea view room next time.

Nothing however breakfast served in room and were unable to have a full English but we did have bacon cobs which were delicious.
