Good location of the apartment.
The lady in charge does not answer the calls. After a few lost hours looking for accommodation and calling continuously, the lady in charge finally answered and then hung up on me. The tone in which the lady spoke to us was raised and we felt uncomfortable. Bed linen is provided only against cost. The apartment is not very clean.

Towels and bed sheets costed extra (10€ p.p.). Towels were smelly.

Heating did not work properly, very cold when we got there and never felt warm for the whole stay. Sinks and toilet flush did not work properly as well.
