Very good

The appartement is clean, nice and has everything what you need. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The beach is nearby 5 min walking.

No bars, restaurants in walking distance. You need to drive to get there.

Horrible experience

The terrace

The check-in process was embarrassing! We were greeted by the owner's children (probably minors) who did their best but obviously it wasn't a professional welcome, We received only the information in how to use the key. When We were asked for the passports’ copy for registration, I offered to send the copies via message to speed up and facilitate the process, I was been told that “they never seen a procedures like that” in a really arrogant tone, I was shocked!! For the entire duration of the stay (3 nights) no one spoke with us, at least to make sure about the progress of our stay, not even when we met the owner. The apartment is quite large but poorly furnished, apparently full of old facilities that are no longer used and left there for guests. Small and malfunctioning shower, bathroom’s sink partially clogged , basic and dated kitchen with a selection of spices and instant coffee but to be honest we didn't trust it because it looked old, so we didn't use it. External BBQ unusable (pic attached) Poor cleaning of the entire apartment. Wi-Fi partially working, the pictures on the advert showing the speed test is misleading Dulcis in fundo, On the last evening I was verbally attacked by Angelo the owner, in the presence of my child, because we left the air conditioning ON when we left the apartment, to visit the city centre. MY FAULT! Apparently was a flat’s rule written on some worn paper placed on the table with other excursion informations, I did not pay attention to all. However , If I had received a proper check-in maybe this incident would not have happened. On the other hand, the owner could notify us by message and report the lack of attention, without the need of the verbally attack. I believe that speaking and clarifying rather than accusing is the base of education and the common sense. In my opinion, hospitality and professionalism should be put on the first place.

Wonderful apartment close to the sea and with amazing hosts

Loved the personalized touches. We felt like we were coming home. The hosts even took us to the supermarket to make some purchases. Really wonderful experience. The apartment is very comfortable and the terrace is just perfect. We traveled with 2 babies under the age of 1 and we had everything we needed including 2 cribs. The apartment is located upstairs from the main house. There is a really nice view and the garden underneath has a lot of aromatic herbs. Will come back for sure!

perfect apartment for the Sardinian trip

the location was amazing. 2mins walk to the beach, separate entrance to the apartment, our own terrace. Amazing house and at the owner was incredibly nice and helpful.

The owner and his family were very friendly and helpfull. Apartment very spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice terrace, pool. The owner raises poultry, which was very interesting for our kids. Free parking at the property.

The only negative was the spiral staircase. Very steep and narrow. Dangerous for kids and elderly people. Very hard to carry lagguage upstairs.. Also the beach in walking distance from the apartment is very poor. Water far from what we experienced at other Sardinian beaches. No bar, restaurant nor toilets at the beach available. Fortunately there is a plenty of beautiful beaches in neigborhood, but you need to drive to get there.

The apartment was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, above the ground , climbing steps upwards. The hosts left necessary things for us which was very thoughtful. The host took us to the Spar and ATM on the first day by car. Bus stop not too far away , convenient or walk further.

The rooster that wake you up at 5 am every day.

Best house for your holiday

Angelo and his family are very nice and the house is fabulous. Lovely terrace to stay and enjoys your evenings outside. Kitchen provided with everything you need. The room is huge and comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Nice to stay with kids.

This place felt like a second home thanks to the host and his generosity!

The host could not have been nicer!! We arrived early and he was able to check us in earlier no problem. He kindly showed us around town with where to get bus tickets and good places in town to eat. One night there was a bus strike we did not know about as well as no taxis available in town and we were a 2 hour walk away. The host was able to pick us up at night which was so generous of him and we were so appreciative. Once we got the hang of everything it was so easy to get around by bus thanks to his direction. The property was beautiful and right by the water. Could not have had a better stay!

Nothing at all! It's about a 20 min bus ride from the city which sounds far but was so nice because of how nice and quiet our place was and could just jump on a bus anytime we wanted to ride in.

Old dark furniture in good location.

Bad shower..narrow, dark rooms, bad noise toilette, old furniture, bad lock, no view from the ground floor.

Exceptional

The apartment we stayed (top floor) was very spacious and both rooms had air-conditioning. Essentially it was like home away from home as there was everything you may need. Even toys for kids were there which both of our kids appreciated. Also the view from the top floor was nice. Despite the apartment itself wasn't brand new it was spotless clean (much cleaner than in most of hotels we've stayed) and, what's most important, host were very nice and extremely helpful. They not only checked-in us at 23.30 and took me to the store and showed neighbourhood on the first day (it rained heavily), but even helped ordering pizzas (several times :) ) There are no bars and stores in the neighbourhood which for some may be a problem. But for us with two small kids it wasn't an issue at all, as it meant that it was very quiet around. Just an FYI, nearest store/bars is around 15 min by foot or 2 bus stops away. Considering bus fare is only 1.3 euro it was quite easy to do shopping and even going to Cagliari (around 40min by bus) town center. All in all in my opinion the "what you get for what you pay" ratio is extremely high and the only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay for longer.
