A fully equipped laundry,fresh linen air-conditioning and ducted heating throughout will make your stay effortlessly comfortable. Secure off street parking for both vehicles and a boat and trailer is available. An enclosed backyard with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area makes this the house for all families and fisherman who want both style and practicality. This property is registered with the Glenelg Shire as "Prescribed Accommodation Premises" and complies with the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 for your health and safety. The cleaning and laundry of all linen is completed by professionals to ensure the highest standards are met. For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts. Whats in ALANDRA? Outdoor Dining area on paved cottage setting garden with rustic farmhouse table & chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. I Child friendly with high chair, port-a-cot and stroller for use. The backyard has a grassy area for the kids to play on. Secure off street parking for both vehicles and a boat and trailer is available. Rear access via a lane way provides space for a boat and trailer (boat size up to 7m in length) parking. Got more than one boat? We can arrange to securely store it for you offsite if required. 24 fishing rod rack to store your precious fishing rods securely. The property is renovated and sleeps 9 people comfortably. Great spacious located house for our 3 nights in Portland for U13’s Country Week Cricket. The only thing was the 1st night was warm and the bedrooms didn’t have cooling or screens on windows to open them when the cool change came. 1 little fan in one bedroom. If we were coming back to Portland would certainly look to book here again

Wonderful property, right in the central area - no street noise, friendly locals, and the property manager covered all of the bases and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process, start to finish. A great house for couples, families or small groups that want to be able to see the sights and relax in the evenings (or not have to drive home after going out on the town :) )

Amazing little house!

What a delightful house to stay in! We came to Portland for a family funeral, sadly. It was such a treat to have travelled so far (regional QLD so several long car drives and multiple flights) and to arrive at such a quaint, beautiful, light and airy house conveniently situated across the street from an IGA, pub and coffee shop. The rooms were beautifully appointed, including the dining table, the lounge room with lots of windows to let light in, and the front sitting room with a bookshelf full of novels and board games. Two bathrooms is very handy for our group of 4 adults and 1 toddler, as were the kids cubby house, porta cot, stroller, and high chair. The kitchen was always well stocked - better than I’ve seen in many other rentals in my time. I highly recommend this place, and have already recommended it to many relatives I have in the area for any future guests they may have coming to town. Oh, and Fab was also a great host - often communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Property is fantastic. Slept 7 fellas quite comfortably - bedding for 6 and one slept in swag... Location perfect, central to hotels, restaurants, IGA etc. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Loved the location and communication with the owner was great. House was clean and had all we needed. There are a few things that could be corrected: site advertises a fireplace however both are decorative only so no evening fires, the lights in the main lounge flicker (had to leave off as it was to bothersome) and the wifi and power switches got knocked out in the front part of the house when the dishwasher was turned on (couldn't locate the fuse box). All things considered, we enjoyed our stay and even saw some whales.

Excellent.owner provided an extra bed. Guys I was with had two minor suggestions. No steak knives ( serated edge) in the drawers. Carving knife is blunt. So apart from that, excellent place to stay. Thank you

Location is great for walking in to the CBD. Beds are comfortable and the white and muted tones in the bedrooms give them a light and relaxing feel. The kitchen is central to a large living room that has three very comfortable couches and a large dining table. The sitting room at the front of the house is good for quiet reading time. Overall it's a really good place to actually holiday in. Everyone has plenty of room. Cooking and enjoying meals in, chatting and playing board games, planning touristy activities. It's a lovely place to come home to after walking all day.
