The location was great! We visited a few beaches around, and concluded that the closest beach is the best! Very family friendly, lots of fish and sea creatures in the water to look at, and of course, beautiful weather for swimming. The Three Brothers Taverna next door was also great, we had a very nice dinner there one night. Beds in the bedrooms upstairs on the second floor, and downstairs in the lower unit were large enough for two people and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, with an excellent dishwasher, and the kitchen in the lower unit also has plates, cups and utensils, and a small gas burner for coffee and tea. We also used the gill outside. The manager was very nice, responsive, accommodating and helpful.

The main bedroom on the first floor is very small, and we were not able to fit the portable crib/pack-and-play next to the bed. The manager was very nice and provided us with a bed rail, so we had our 18 month old sleeping in the main bed with one adult. This room also gets very warm during the day, and stays warm during the night because it doesn't have an AC unit. All other bedrooms do have AC units and are more comfortable for sleeping.

The house has everything that you need , very large kitchen and fully equipped, big living room, air conditioning in 4 rooms out of 5 (the bedroom on the first floor doesn't have) but the living room has so you can use that one to cool down the bedroom. The yard is excellent, a lot of shadows, basketball court that can be used also for volleyball, ping pong table. The house is displayed as follows : in the ground floor(semi basement) which has separate entrance from the rest of the house, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms (with AC) , a kitchenette, and a bathroom with washing machine. To enter the second bedroom you need to pass through the the first bedroom, and in between is the bathroom. The first floor has a the main living room (with AC) , a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (with AC) and a bathroom. From the first floor there are stairs to the second floor.All rooms from the first and second floor have independent entrance. The beach is very close, 5 min walking and has very fine sand, the entrance in the water is also with sand but is getting deep quite fast so is not so suitable for very small kids. For kids I recommend the beach in Paliouri, is 4 minutes driving, but with perfect sand and perfect water. Right near the house there is a Taverna, the food is so so, not the best, not the worst. A big supermarket is 5 minutes driving. In the house you can find a smart TV in the main living room, dishwasher in the main kitchen, washing machine in the ground floor, 2 fridge. The host, Konstantinos, was excellent.

The house is located near the main road, so can be a little bit noisy.
