Spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, big terrace, clean bright apartment, quiet safe area (May), 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the station, everything is close to the apartment. Everything you need for a shorter (in our case 5 days) and even longer stay is there and you do not need to overpay in Rome city centre (easy access to Rome by train and metro > 30 min with one change and 1.5 euro ticket ;) , easy access to/from Ostia to Fiumicino Airport for 1.1/1.3 euro using Cotral bus.

Huge terrace with a nice view. Comfy flat, perfect for a couple or small family. Plenty restaurants around

Could be cleaner... Like, cups in the cupboard were dirty, and the same goes for plates or spoons. Had to wash before using.

The apartment is well-equipped and immaculate (very clean). Beware neighborhoods are messy. We preferred to stay on the rooftop most of the time. Fortunately, the balcony terrace is big and beautiful :)

Spacious and well presented. Great roof top terrace with loungers. Well appointed and equipped. All you need for a short or longer stay. Close to sea front (5 mins)and Metro (40 mins from apt to Coliseum)

Small but adequate second bedroom would be very tight for teenagers or adults see owner’s photos.

Great apartment with a huge terrace and a view of the ocean. Everything works fine anew there are supplies for the kithchen. There is a market really close by where you can get every fresh and local.

The only thing is that the apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator goes only to the 5th floor. Witch isn’t a big problem if you’re not traveling with a stroller as we were.
