pool area was lovely

Villa bathrooms let it down, I prefer clean bathrooms and not spiders webs or mould!

Location was great, helpful and flexible owner when we requested early check in / late check out. Explained the noise laws well and everything was clear. Food and drink ordered and put away before our arrival which was great. Deposit repaid in full with no problems, don't be put off by the negative review.

From start to finish the host was really helpful and friendly. He had sorted out all the shopping order for us and unpacked it all for our arrival and put it away. He was helpful in showing us round the villa, telling us the house rules and gave us all that we wanted. The villa is in a great location, comfortable, spacious, with all amenities that you would expect. The pool is excellent and a good size too. We asked about one of the previous reviews that was scathing about the host and villa. The host explained that the group of boys trashed the house, broke roof tiles after jumping in the pool off the roof (some of them could not swin), caused multiple noise complaints and has no respect for anything. No wonder they did not get all their deposit back - they got most back...

The only thing about the property is it is a little tired and can do with a little bit of love and a lick of paint in places. Other than that no complaints - all the amenities worked for us and we got our full deposit back. We will be back!

Good location, nice setting, good size pool. Could be such a lovely villa just needs a re-vamp and the electric and hot water sorting out.

Villa not very clean, great set up there but needs a re-vamp badly! Very tatty in the paintwork and beds were uncomfortable. Cannot use too many electrical appliances as it trips it out and you have to phone owner to have re-set. Also hot water is 'solar' powered which doesnt work very well at all, especially when its not sunny so we had cold showers for 2 days of our stay.
