The apartment is very nice and has wonderful linens. The rules are very strict though- we arrived at 12:30 in the midst of a heavy snowstorm and we were told we could leave our bags but could not check in until 3. There was no lobby or anything to sit in so we had to leave and find a cafe. Before checking in we had confirmed that we could pay with credit card. however once there, we realized she would only charge us in US dollars if we paid with credit card- not Argentine pesos. so, we asked if we could pay half with cash and half with card as we didn’t have enough pesos left to pay entirely in cash. This was also not allowed so I had to spend the whole morning going from business tl business looking for someone who could change money for us. basically, the apartment is very nice but we didn’t really get to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful, very cozy, and clean apartment with gorgeous view on the mountains. It situated only 3 minutes walk from the main street of El Chalten, and 5-10 minutes walk from main trails. Barbara was amazing! She provided us with very valuable information about El Clalten, transfer to El Calafate as well as left for us some delicious treats. I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay!

Really clean and big apartment with a nice big and comfortable bed. The owner is so nice! She arranged everything we needed so we could spend all our time exploring the beautiful hikes.
