Would I return to the Cresta? Indeed yes !!

This was my third (or is my fourth?) stay at the Cresta so enough said? The staff are lovely the room comfortable,breakfast substantial but dinner service takes a while. The dinner menu becomes a little boring but that could be the result of eating in every night for 5 or 6 nights . The musical entertainment during dinner is, as always, just beautiful with the flamboyant singers giving their all .

Just the long wait to receive a meal.

Very good

The shuttle driver, Tapuwa, was exceptional and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The stay at the hotel was great, will recommend Cresta Sprayview to anyone looking to got to Victoria Falls.

We had an amazing time. This is the third time to visit and we are looking forward to come again

Breakfast was amazing and fresh and very good hapy team. They had a variety of food to choose for breakfast. One day we were going to Botswana early in the morning, they organised packed snacks for us all four, because we did not have a chance to eat breakfast. Very impressive.

They need to have an entertainment team to entertain guests at night with a variety of shows. Because it can be boring sometimes in the evenings

The staff very nice.

The price is very big for the type of hotel that it is. The service is chaotic. For the mosquitoes they only have a body cream, not spray or repelent. The swimming pool is dirty and some days they don't put towels. The breakfast is very very expensive, 20 dollars for a very por breakfast. In theory the breakfast starts at 6.30 but in practice at 6.45, if you have booked any activity perhaps you will be late. And finally in the booking message when I asked them the price of the shuttle to the airport, and the price that I paid when I arrived was 20 dollars but when I left the hotel and needed to go to the airport the man of the reception wanted to ask me 30 dollars. That is not very profesional.

The Staff was very welcoming, helpful and cheerful, knowledgeable and pleasant, enjoyed the continental breakfast because it was fresh and had variety. overall everything was good. the rooms were clean

I don't know if the laundry service does laundry for guests... but would have loved for the staff to suggest getting my clothes for ironing instead of bringing and ironing board and an iron, would have paid for the laundry to be ironed.. Wi-Fi was a mess ended up using my own private Wi-Fi. breakfast was average.. also if there was an option of paid Wi-Fi then that would have been better. The hot breakfast was limited and the omellete had two options onion and cheese only.. a bit disappointing. tv channels limited but not a problem for me as long as I have Wi-Fi

A sleeper surprise property

Breakfast was amazing. Freshly made omelets, a full spread, and all the coffee/tea/juice you desire.

There is zero view. Of anything. Simply don't expect a view from anywhere on the property.

My stay was a great experience.

Taking breakfast at the poolside was very refreshing. The staff members are very kind, polite and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lawns are well tended and beautiful.

Like the cleanliness and the shuttle to drive us to town

The fact that I provided my visa card details for online payment only to be told at checking in that i was supposed to pay cash. Had prepaid everything and carried very little cash. In future communicate before and alert on the need for cash This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient

Basic room, strong Wi-Fi, exceptional hotel staff and nice breakfast.

The staff were excellent - could not have been better. The bed was really comfortable (great pillows - always a win) and the breakfast was very nice. The location was also very nice - only about a mile up the road from the falls. We were able to run / walk where we needed to go. Also, the wifi worked great all over the property which was a huge plus.

The hotel was a bit more run-down than I expected for the same 3-star rating I have found at other properties. The room smelled like it previously allowed smoking and the water pressure in the shower was quite poor. All the rooms felt a little boxy / camp style. We wouldn't change our decision to stay because the pros outweighed but just want to be clear that this wasn't a fancy / upscale option for accommodation.
