Both floors have Large Flat Screen TV's & surround sound. The entire home is automated, high speed wifi, Can be controlled from multiple manual wall switches or through Alexa voice control. Upstairs, High end new kitchen appliances, large dining table & counter bar seating, with convenient half bath on 2nd floor. Master Suite boast a King size Sleep Number bed, en suite bathroom with vanity table, tub with a unique electronic heated massage bidet/toilet. Downstairs includes a large game-room with Billiard/Air Hockey/Ping Pong table. The downstairs is spacious with two separate bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a lower full & upper twin bunk bed. A dual sink vanity and separate private shower/toilet bathroom. The backyard faces the swimming laguna. Your own Private Dock behind the home. Small ramp for paddle boards and kayaks. Outside patio seating, with barbecue grill & outside shower. Relax in the outside 6 man Jacuzzi while grilling on the barbecue and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers from your Alexa. Kick your feet up and lounge in the lazy hammock! The place was super clean, almost too high-tech for us with all the gadgets. I would definitely recommend staying to anyone that was looking for a VRBO in Key Largo. Feels great to see manatee every morning and Fishing off the dock was pretty good.

Carlos was an incredible host and was there to support us in every step of our vacation rental. The house is nicely equiped for a small group and we loved spending time in the very large outdoor living space with all the amenities (hot tub, grill, dining table, hammock/chair swings, etc). We also got nice visits from the lagoon natives (manatee, iguana, fish). A truly lovely stay in Key Largo!

This place absolute gem ! I loved quietness and all marine life ! House very well equipped and comfy . Outside- just gorgeous! Jet ski and boat for your use - icing on the cake ! Carlos was wonderful to deal with and available for any questions! There is never ending places to explore and restaurants everywhere! We was looking for quiet getaway and this place was perfect. Manatee come by every day and they are magnificent, it was awesome to see them up close! All kind of toys to play with- kayaks , paddle boards, fishing rods, brand new golf cart ! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is absolutely the cleanest, well maintained, high end appliances and amenities. Sleep number bed, heated toilet (was my husbands favorite) we honestly wouldn’t have had to leave this house! Carlos supplied the house with kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and a brand new golf cart! To all the places Carolos suggested and wasn’t disappointed at any of them. We saw Carlos a few times during our stay. The only additional cost was his boat and jet ski. We rented 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Fishing, site seeing, family of 3 manatee, snorkeling, we found 30 million old giant sea biscuits! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing vacation! We fed the manatee and had a new guest that Carlos hadn’t seen before a sweet young raccoon that we named Rico and fed him nightly. My son caught his first nurse shark right off the dock and tons of fish. We didn’t keep any. The parrot fish are gorgeous. It was like have a life size aquarium right in our yard. This property will never be beat. You won’t be disappointed if you get the opportunity to stay here!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The owner was accessible and helpful during our stay. The house was fully stocked with soap, toilet paper, k cups, even beach towels. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, and TVs with all our favorite channels and movies to watch while a few storms passed. We enjoyed the fish feeder for a morning show, the hot tub, and it was a quick route to the bay or just hanging out back with the paddle boards and kayaks. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend for a relaxing waterfront getaway near state and national
parks.

We really enjoyed our time in the Keys! Being right on the water in this house, but not in a congested area, was perfect. We took the kayaks out and saw lots of cool fish and several manatees, right in the back yard. All the kayaks/paddles/etc. were in good condition. We had a couple of grocery stores in easy reach, the highway was right there, Pennekamp is also right there, and nearby good options for restaurants and gift shopping as well.
The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The house is beautifully decorated and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it, especially the back yard. While it is a smaller property, it doesn't feel that way because of how well everything is laid out. Everything you need is right there. We had a fantastic time!

Everything about our week in Key Largo was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were in love, the home, the outside living space, the cabana, the extensive marine life right out the back door, Alexa within earshot in every room inside and out, the entire experience was simply wonderful! We watched manatees, parrot fish, a couple small nurse sharks, and lobster, every day right from the dock! The house is set up perfectly, my parents, 2 kids, myself and my husband all stayed there comfortably. Check in was a breeze and Carlos was so helpful throughout our entire stay. I can’t say enough to describe how thankful we are for this wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a great, super clean and comfortable house in Key Largo, we’ll you’ve found it! We are already planning our next trip because we will definitely be back!!!

This place is exactly what the listing says. Don’t be skeptical of the seemingly too good to be true pictures. We are a family of 4 with two teens and it was plenty of space.
It was a great location to go do activities. All the kayaks and paddle boards worked great and allowed us to paddle around with at least 3 different manatees in the lagoon over the week. There are fishing rods to use and bait stores nearby. No tackle box at the house we could find so if you’re going to fish the lagoon go get the basics. We caught and released everything.
The house uses a LOT of technology and automation but if you look you’ll see there are little cheat sheets posted to help you use it all. We became really good friends with Alexa.
So, yes, it’s a great spot to get salty and sandy and pour a drink and watch the sun set over the lagoon from the hot tub. We’d go back any time!

We've stayed at many VRBO locations. This one was the best! It is exactly as it is described with excellent amenities and extras.
The location is on a protected lagoon which offers privacy and access to kayaking, swimming and fishing.
The outdoor area is especially inviting and relaxing with a hot tub and plenty of seating.
The Hideout restaurant is a short walk and has excellent breakfast and lunch.
Carlos is very easy to work with.
I would certainly recommend this for a wonderful vacation.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Sunkissed. We utilized the boat and bikes often. Short bike rides to the bars and restaurants was ideal since finding parking at these establishments can be tricky since they fill up fast especially during spring break. Carlos was great with communication about the boat and navigating the area as well as where the best places to eat and tie up were. Would recommend for families as the house already comes with most things people tend to have to rent in the area like kayaks. One thing that would have been nice to have is snorkel gear but a quick stop to the store took care of that.

We had such a lovely stay with Sunkissed! The house was very clean and comfortable for 5 adults. We enjoyed using the kayaks, hot tub and game table. The outside spaces are inviting and it was a thrill to have manatees visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and very clean. The location was perfect and very close to some nice waterfront restaurants. The home was big for just the two of us, but we chose to rent a house in lieu of a hotel for privacy and some much needed R&R. We also rented the owner's boat and had a blast cruising around Key Largo, checking out all of the sights. There are many restaurants where you can dock the boat and catch a band or lunch. We also really enjoyed watching the manatees swimming near the house, as well as just chilling in the beautiful back yard with a glass of wine! We hope to visit again next winter!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed! Carlos and Sandra were great hosts from check-in to check-out; making sure we were comfortable and understood everything about the house. The property is newly renovated, very clean, and has many hi-tech upgrades.
The outside space is fantastic! There are plenty of spots to lounge around including the nice big hot tub. There are plenty of water toys to cruise the lagoon area and out to the sound. Manatee sightings are frequent, and we quickly made friends with the squirrels.
The neighborhood is old-school Florida where you are not overshadowed by highrise condos. We would happily return for another stay.

Perfect property for enjoying outside activities and visiting areas throughout the Key’s. Our stay was perfect and I highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away. Carlos and Sandra are great host and are always available to answer questions. The house is well stocked with essentials and a lot of extras. The Manatees are a treat and fish were fun to watch and the grandkids even caught a few. The grandkids thought feeding the squirrels out their hand was pretty cool. Time soaking in the jacuzzi was very relaxing. Enjoy your stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carlos was great at communicating with us both before and during our stay, answering any questions really quickly. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, and a great size for our family of 5. The outside space was fabulous and we enjoyed use of the hot tub, kayaks and fishing equipment. The feeding of the fish with the automatic feeder on the lagoon at 10am and 10pm was great to see and we even snorkelled at other times too. Our teenagers loved feeding the friendly squirrel with peanuts everyday and named him ‘Bob’ 🤣. We hired Carlos’s boat with a captain (Marcus) for two afternoons which was great as it enabled us to explore the area including snorkelling on the coral, visiting a sand bank to swim and visiting a deserted beach where we could spend a couple of hours swimming, snorkelling and playing ball on the beach. We had some great meals including lovely breakfasts at the Hideout (walking distance), cinnamon swirl pancakes amazing!!!!! We visited the turtle hospital at Marathon (just over an hours drive away) which was a really interesting tour and kids enjoyed it especially as we had just seen a turtle nest rescue the previous week elsewhere in Florida. One of our highlights on our last evening was seeing the manatees whilst kayaking in the lagoon just at the back of the house. They were really friendly and came right up to the side of the kayaks. We would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back in the future.

Wonderful Keys Getaway and Adventureland
We just wrapped up a week at Sunkissed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The property is exactly as described and photographed. The house has everything you need+ to enjoy rest/relaxation and/or an amazing array of activities. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
The epic parts of our stay included a manatee encounter (he came up and drank from the dock hose), seeing (up close) so many kinds of fish/crabs/lobsters/eels when the fish feeder went off at 10 am and 10 pm every day, and the ability to use the different boats/paddle boards to explore the lagoon without the expense and scheduling required for rentals.
When you use the boats, get really still near the water's edge/mangroves and you will see mangrove crabs, including the Giant Mangrove Crab down by the sound. Iguanas are everywhere, and I even had a baby nurse shark swim along with me (twice!) as I kayaked at the mouth of the lagoon out into the sound. Honestly, sensory overload if you are a nature lover.
My daughter was here to get scuba certifications and Key Largo delivered. From the dive shop at John Pennecamp State Park to Horizon Dives, she had an excellent experience and got to see so many amazing things. You can also snorkel at Pennecamp, too.
Don't forget the local squirrels. When I arrived, I was puzzled as to why there were peanuts left at the house until a squirrel literally jumped up on my chair as I was reading, holding his little paw out. So we fed them by hand every day after that. Also, a polish chicken strolled through the backyard one day. So fun.
The only practical living note I would leave is to learn the Alexa commands (takes one minute) because the smart house features inside/outside add to the relaxation and functionality of the house. Also, drain the hot tub (on the list of to-dos when you check out) well in advance of leaving the property as it takes about 2+ hours for it to drain.
