This remodeled condo is located in a very family-friendly atmosphere right on the beach with a 180 degree gorgeous view of the beach and pier on your own private patio. This very tastefully furnished, 1,900 square foot, oceanfront vacation condo has been totally remodeled with views of the beach, ocean, pier and river. The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure garage parking for one car and unrestricted, ground level surface parking. This condo is totally remodeled. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached remodeled bathroom with a huge 5' X 5' shower with rainfall shower head. The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with new granite counter tops, cabinets, appliances including microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The living room, with a large comfortable sofa, leather easy chair with ottoman, provides a high definition TV or just sit back and watch the waves. There are also TVs in each bedroom. The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean side. There are BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna. The main thing that distinguishes the Shores Club from other beach condominiums is the no drive beach in front of the condominium and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is direct oceanfront on the fourth floor, southern corner unit in an eleven story building. The condo comes furnished with everything you could need. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, BBQ grills, beach chairs, board games, books to read and DVDs. We also provide brochures with information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, fishing, boat rentals, golf courses, etc. Come enjoy the beach at Shores Club #407! Overall the condo was very nice. Everyone we talked to; staff, residents, and other visitors, were friendly and helpful.
Only minor ares were water pressure was very low,i assumed to conserve water. EXCEPT FOR SHOWERS, THEY WERE ASSUME. disappointed in the exercise facility as it was small and very crowded in the room.
Give it a 5star very well worth the value.

It was very clean roomy enough for the 6 of us. The only complaint we have is no hot water (just warm) in the kitchen sink and 1 bathroom

We were blown away at the beautiful and very well-stocked condo. We were pleased with the cleanliness and let's not forget to mention the phenomenal views of the ocean and beach. You have a perfect view from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen---magnificent. The beds were all very comfortable and we slept very well. You do not need to bring anything except your clothes and toiletries (of course if you forget bath soap or shampoo - they have little samples in all the bathrooms). There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Publix was a short ride to get your food supplies. We highly recommend eating at The Garlic-very unique and superb dinner. While in FL, we went and did a tour of the Daytona Speedway and Kennedy Space Center, which were fabulous and the kids had a blast. Thank you so much for an amazing place to vacation. It is the best place we have ever stayed at and plan on returning on our next trip to FL.

We were looking for a beach location further south of the touristy area of Daytona Beach and this was perfect. No vehicles driving on the beach in this area, easy beach access, great pool, condo had plenty of room for all of our family, completely furnished with everything we needed. Great experience and plan to stay here again next year!

Amazing condo! We will definitely be returning customers. Every single thing we needed was already there from coffee grinders to crockpots and nice quality cookware. The property itself is clean and very well maintained. The owner was extremely easy to contact and always answered my messages promptly.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo is immaculate and beautiful! Everything was fully stocked (besides our food of course!) and the location could not have been any better! The beach was so clean and pool was great! The beds are so comfortable! All the extra details definitely makes a difference. I would recommend this condo 10/10 for sure!

The condo was as posted. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and toys, very roomy. Family of 7, including a baby. Everyone had their own bed, including a play pen for the baby. Awesome stay! Would definitely stay again!

This was one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed. Everything you could need was there. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. We really enjoyed just relaxing and enjoying the view.

Great family vacation
Each year we pick a place to stay with our adult children and their spouses. The layout of this place is perfect for couples/families to get away and have space and enjoy each other. The balcony was awesome- the furniture allowed for lots of lounging- the dining room table os great for games or in our case āmega deskā for the ones āworking from homeā the WiFi stood up to zoom meetings, design work, and codingā¦ all at the same time!!! The views are spectacular, the location perfect it. Book it!

A home away from home

The condo was excellent with An amazing master that looks off to the sunrise and two other bedrooms each with its own bath. We brought food because of the kid allergies and was able to eat every mean there in the great kitchen. We had everything we needed! The view is spectacular. The pool is warm and the ocean is sandy and salty š¤£.
Donāt judge the condo by the building when you first arrive. š
No doubt We will return.

They had everything we needed and then some ,, from dish soap/paper towels/ laundry detergent and so much more than any other place we have ever stayed and the location was perfect,, close to downtown/bars / restaurants /places to shop//the wife and I really enjoy having coffee and watching the sunrise on the balcony . We will definitely be back .

Perfection
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Brian's condo. Three bedroom, three bath condos are hard to come by, but it gave us the elbow room we needed for our party of six. Our stay was heavenly and we will definitely be back the next time we want a larger condo. You cannot go wrong with this lovely condo.

Great Spring Break Getaway
We have stayed in many condos in the NSB area and decided to try something new. This was a lovely unit in excellent condition, with plenty of room for all of our group. The elevators were a little finicky but we had no complaints with the unit itself. We would definitely stay again. We loved the location on the no-drive part of the beach.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property for a few days after Christmas. It was clean and had everything we needed. View of ocean was great and very easy access to beach. Furniture was comfortable. We would recommend this condo.

Beautiful and clean condo. Well appointed. Large group area and well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms all en-suite. Covered balcony with a great view of the beach!

Taylor vacation
Weāve used VRBO numerous times but weāve never had a condo this nice and clean. Having three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. The living and dining area was great to get together to discuss our day. The kitchen was open so several people could be preparing meals at once. The quantity and quality of cookware, dishes and silverware was more than sufficient. Full size washer and dryer was also available. I could go on and on how wonderful this condo is but rent it and youāll see what Iām talking about!!
