Worst stay rooms over here.The owner and receptionist is so mannerless.They don't know how to deal.

We like nothing.

First of all the staff receptionist refuses to give us a room by ending his discussion that "all rooms are booked".Although i talked with him on call 2 to 3 hours before check in and on call he said " yes rooms are available sir, you can come". And here on Booking App also it was showing confirmed. And he was so mannerless.He was opening our door from outside without our permission.even when me and my second partner was there in the room in middle of the night. And that time it was around 2:35 AM 1/1/2022. i don't know how you guys are dealing with such silly and mannerless restuarant owner.This is my first and last experience with booking.From now onwards i won't be booking from booking.com. And yes another worst part of our stay was this that room was totally untidy and messy. and the blankets which was provided to us was totally used and untidy .and there was a spider web that was hanging on roof walls of room. and there was no fan at all.Even 1 almirah was there with full of untidy cushions.I can share you guys the pics that i have clicked during my stay. Even the person charged us Ruppees 1480 but in app it was showing some where around Rupees 1323. This is our worstest stay of our life.Please mind this as this will reduce your guys business as well.

Avoid at all costs.

Nothing except they had a working lift.

They have rooms, but not run as a hotel. There is no basic register of bookings and room allocations. Out of four floors, except the third floor, others are used as godown it seems (they were trying to allocate one of it due to over booking). No cleaning staff, rooms were dirty and were stinking with liquor smells. I had a last minute extension of travel and chose this for overnight stay due to OYO brand. Never again.
