About this condo rental
Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines GreenLinks/Lely Resort - Condo next to Flamingo & Mustang Golf Courses-Enjoy Lake and Golf Course Lanai Views GreenLinks Golf Villas community is located within Lely Resort, which is conveniently situated between Marco Island & Naples downtown 5th Ave. & close to local beaches. This well manicured golf community has unlimited vacation amenities. Limited free rounds of golf/week (Flamingo & Mustang courses) May 15th through October 15th w/cart fee of $30/round per person. This 2nd floor unit has sweeping lake & golf course views from the entire main living area & master suite. However, the private screened lanai, accessible from the Living Room & Master suite, directly overlooks the lake and golf course. The expansive views are truly spectacular! The unit is very tastefully decorated & most recently renovated w/fresh paint & light fixtures throughout. New wood look/tile floor covering in common living areas and bathrooms.....new carpet in both bedrooms. Living room provides a 40" flat screen TV w/5 Disc CD/DVD changer, home theatre sound system, free cable & wifi. The unit boasts a split bedroom floor plan for the ultimate in vacation privacy. The master (king bed) provides a new wall mounted flat screen TV & direct access to screened lanai. You'll also find a private master bath w/dual vanities, wall mounted hair dryer, garden soaking tub & separate shower. The guest bedroom (2 twin beds) houses a 27" TV inside armoire. Guest/full bath has shower only & wall mounted hair dryer & can be accessed from the hallway or the guest BR via pocket door. There's also an inflatable air mattress for visiting guests. The open & bright kitchen w/granite counter tops and built in microwave is well appointed with cookware and utensils for your culinary endeavors. However, Sam Snead's Tavern is conveniently located within Lely Resort for your dining pleasure as well. Great spot to relax and unwind following a day on one of the two award winning golf courses. Stackable washer/dryer housed in closet just off the kitchen. GreenLinks also offers an impressive resort style heated swimming pool & spa with plenty of lounge chair seating & table/chairs for outdoor dining. Gas BBQ grills are located nearby for your outdoor grilling needs. The adjoining clubhouse also provides a fitness center available for tenant use. Additionally, the resort offers tennis, pickleball, bocce ball & shuffleboard. The private rental unit also supplies guests with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler for use during their stay. We found our unit to be very clean and a great location. Tammy ( property manager) was fantastic with communication if we had a question. The washer/dryer were used without issue. All rooms are good size. Bathrooms are large with good lighting. We will return at a future date. Great location in Lely, easy to get to restaurants and activities. Don’t overlook this one 😉

Stay at Greenlinks Lely resort
Hi Tammy;
Our unit at Greenlinks was as advertised. Very clean when we entered. Everything worked well with no issues. It seems the unit is also run as part of the hotel. There wasn't much in cleaning supplies. The floor mop was in pieces and not useable. We bought a swiffer to use that we can also use at home. Many of the towels were bleach stained. Kitchen could use equipment for baking and a few more serving bowls. Again nothing drastic but just not up to the standards we have always had from you guys for a long term rental.

Lovely property in Lely Resort. Very convenient to golf courses and restaurant. This unit was tastefully decorated and felt much like a home away from home. Prompt resolution from property manager when needed. We are completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend this property.

With in driving distance to Everglades and beaches. Just like home, laundry on site. Was able to pickup supplies at Publix and dollar tree. Beds comfortable.

We'll Be Back!
Another great experience--for the sixth or seventh year?? We can't remember. Tammy & Neil do whatever it takes to make our stay effortless. The location is perfect for us--quiet, walk to the pool (always immaculate), two golf courses on site. I am reserving next January today. Thanks again for a month away from Ohio's gray skies, ice and snow!

Pond and golf course from the Lanai. Property mgr was very responsive in providing information and resolving minor issues.
Pool area and gym were nearby and nice. Golf course and restaurant were also close by and enjoyable.
We would come back for sure.

Tammy from iTrip stopped by my unit one Sunday afternoon to drop off some new fry pans for the unit, so it was nice to meet her in person and ask her a few questions. I would highly recommend this unit. The pool area was always filled with lots of friendly neighbors. This is my first time traveling to the Naples area and booking through this company. I’m looking forward to hopefully coming back to this same location next year.

Unit is in an ideal location and spacious
Property manager was responsive and accommodating. However unit needs front door needs a proper and indoor chain. Bedrooms and living room lack adequate light, a chest of drawers in master and a reading chair would be useful addition. Closets should be freed of paint cans and toys as travelers have luggage to store. Terrace has lovely views but needs to be power washed to remove debris, sliding doors adjusted for smooth access. Improvements would add a great deal to the property.

Naples Condo
The condo was a great fit for our week long stay in Naples. It was very basic but had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts on site. We would recommend this simple accommodation to anyone coming to stay.

Lovely resort
We enjoyed the Lely Resort.
Golf was excellent. Challenging and beautifully maintained, easy to acquire tee times . Food at Sam Snead’s at the clubhouse was very good.
Our condo was comfortable, and ready for our arrival.
Would have given five stars but had a few insects and needed to contact Tammy for remediation. She was quick in responding and to remedy the problem however.
All in all a great stay and would go again.

Wonderful week in the sun!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Lely! The condo was extremely clean and contained everything you could possibly need for a week's stay. Tammy took great care of us. We had a bit of trouble with the lock box and couldn't get in. We were later than we planned getting there and hated to call but had no choice. Tammy was so understanding and helpful. We are from northern Michigan so we really appreciated spending time on the balcony overlooking a pond and the green of the golf course. There is plenty to do in the Naples area and I encourage you to contact Tammy when you look for your next vacation destination.

Es war sehr schön.
Golf teuer aber gut. Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Golfplatz, alles sehr ruhig. Masterbad sehr schön renoviert, mit 2 Waschbecken. Aber auch das andere Bad ist sehr schön, die Zimmer recht gut. Alles vorhanden, außer Birnen für ausgebrannte Leuchten.

Pool and clubhouse very nice. Condo furniture was tired and general condition not to standards for the price.

Naples Get-Away
When working with Tammy she was very accommodating with our schedule.
Was happy to help us with a later check out. The condo was inviting and had some great views of the lake between the 10th and 11th holes at Lely Flamingo. We would definitely look Tammy up again when we plan another visit to Naples.

Wonderful Time at Greenlinks
My husband and I stayed at the updated two bedroom unit at Greenlinks March 17-24, 2018. The unit was everything we wanted and more. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did not eat in except for breakfast. The lanai is screened in with a great view of the golf course and pond. The location is convenient to many golf courses and restaurants. The back of the condo faces east so we saw the sun rise nearly every day. You won't go wrong with this condo.

Unit 1422 Greenlinks
This was our third year here, and we will be back next January. Watch the sunrise each morning with your coffee on the screened patio or sleep in. Clean, bright, quiet, everything works, friendly people, dogs under control at all times, three minute walk to pool/workout, 10 minute walk to two golf courses (or two minute drive), five minute drive to grocery, 15-20 easy driving minutes to Old Naples restaurants. Novaks couldn't be more accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful condo and view was great. Everything was clean, had beach towels and everything we needed for our short stay. Quick response when I inquired on the property rental, and very friendly on the phone.
