This newly remodeled multi-level lakefront home is the perfect getaway for couples or families. Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from the home or the PRIVATE DOCK in a large quiet cove. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 sets of bunk beds in the basement will sleep a total of 8. Each level has its own full bathroom. Garvan Gardens, Entergy Park, hiking trails, Northwoods Trail System, restaurants, and Oaklawn Racing Casino are just minutes away!

We had our annual Thanksmas celebration in Hot Springs this year. A good time was had by all. The house was nice, clean, and enjoyable, what little time we spent there.

My kids and I loved staying here and exploring the area. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house, and the lake views were gorgeous to wake up to. We took out the kayak and paddle board and I appreciated the quiet little cove - perfect for kids. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this cute little house to my friends.

This was our second time renting this property with our family. Our kids loved the swim deck and the house was perfect for our family of six.

I’m giving this a slightly higher rating than I usually would because I’m assuming most of my issues were because the house was closed up for the winter. There was a bad odor in the house when we arrived. We did go to Walmart to buy air fresheners, and that seemed to help a little bit. Everything could just use a good deep cleaning (filthy windows, bugs in light fixtures, food crumbs in drawers, dirty walls, shower curtain appeared moldy, etc) and maybe a new coat of paint (again, maybe this is because it was closed up for the winter?).
Now for the good stuff - The location is great. Short drive to downtown, 35 minute drive to Ron Coleman Mining, and a little over an hour to Crater or Diamonds State Park. We enjoyed the dock. There were a lot of fish jumping while we were there. They did a nice job on the basement bathroom (We all used that shower versus the upstairs one).

The house has a latopen living/ dining/living space. This was great for hanging out with the family, but having the basement bunk room was perfect for none toddler kids. Lake was low at the time we were there so no water at the dock, but the view and fire pit was worth it.

My family and I enjoyed everything about this lake cottage. They swam right off the dock and enjoyed the water toys as well. Location is perfect and the house is beautiful.

Very clean and well-stocked. Our family of 7 had a perfect week exploring hot springs, the diamond mine, alligator farm, and the garden. This home is located in a quiet cove with private dock— perfect for kayaking. We also rented a pontoon at Hot Springs Marina only about 10 minutes away. Owners very nice and attentive

Loved our visit
We stayed for a week and had a great time. The house looks just like it does in photos. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the coffee and laundry detergent. The steps to the basement are quite steep and may be difficult to manage. I was not entirely comfortable carrying my 1 year old down the steps but there is an second entrance to the basement outside. There is a baby gate available at the top of the steps. The location was great. Close to the gardens and a city park with a playground. It was an easy drive to get groceries and go to the national park. The lake was beautiful. Great stay! Thanks so much!

Space worked well for four adults. House was clean and well stocked. Contacted host a couple of times and received prompt and helpful info. Stairs to lower level are ridiculously narrow, perfect for kids but tough for adults. Outdoor space lovely. Gas grill appears unusable with bottom burned through. Charcoal grill worked well after a good cleaning. Overall, good experience!

This is a very comfortable house with more than enough room for 8 of us. It is just a short drive to downtown Hot Springs and great hiking trails. The view and atmosphere made it feel like a far away vacation even though it was only a short 4 hour drive from Dallas. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

We loved the big windows on the home. The den was very cute. Close to Oaklawn, Bubba's Catfish and Seafood and a tamale place that we really liked.

The grills and outdoor area were perfect. We were able to dock our boat there (boat ramp nearby) which made it so easy to enjoy the lake. There was even a kayak, paddleboard and a couple of inflatable's at the house. The only negative I can mention would be that some aesthetic items that could be addressed but was not an issue for us. The check in process was extremely easy and the owners were so easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Family Reunion
Owners are very easy to communicate with and willing to help in any possible way. House was perfect for our family reunion since we had family in houses on both sides. Looking forward to next year!
