Great location, friendly helpful staff, lovely bar food reasonably priced and the bonus of EV charging point for my car
Absolutely nothing, really great hotel

Great location for parents whilst dropping off their offspring for university. Nice breakfast. Lovely clean room
Someone next door was speaking quite loudly and seemed to be opening and closing doors often. Maybe I was placed next door to the supplies cupboard?
Just luck of the draw I suppose.

Complimentary coffee and snacks all day long.. thank you for that :)
Although it says rooms have ‘mini refrigerator’ there is none.. The lady at the reception said it was written wrong and should be fixed. Also there was no heater in the bathroom, a towel warmer..

Have stayed a couple of times and the experience keeps getting better. Great for business meetings in a relaxed environment, very good for clearing the head.

Only the position is ok, in the Centre of university
Poor cleaning, the glass is not washed up at all, there is dust on the desk.
Extremely tiny place, poor booking system, even I have paid full price, the reception told us there was no confirmation on his system.
Tiny place, instead of a hotel I think it’s better called a student accommodation. Wall is broken, sheet seems not to be cleaned on time.
It’s definitely not worth the price (126) , try any hotel in Coventry , don’t go there if you have a choice , just a completely waste of money.

Nice location in the University with walks near the residencies which being out of term was quiet and lovely.
Nice countryside-like view from my window. Peaceful.
The access to the bedrooms on the first floor weren't level. Didn't affect me much but others may need to be aware when booking.

The location was perfect and the staff were just amazing. From reception, to Debbie at the bar and the restaurant.

Good room, parking close by
Shower needed a better clean. Email from accommodation provider sent us to completely the wrong place - no sign of any reception, no-one to ask; so we drove around for a bit. We chose to follow the email from the provider because it surely must be right, but in the end we followed the address provided by Booking.com and arrived to a very helpful reception who said they would put that right

Small but comfortable & convenient. Good value.
Campus a little confusing.

The breakfast was great. The location is ideal for someone visiting the University.
The location of the hotel is not immediately clear and I spent some time to get there.

Good location, nice bar food, great breakfast, good-size room.
It was a little pricey in comparison to other comparable hotels (Premier Inn, Travelodge)

Practical for the location to University.
Pretty expensive for the room quality

We stayed in the venue as we were attending the National Lawn Bowls finals in Leamington Spa. The room was of a nice size. Staff were very helpful. We did have an issue with the room which the staff dealt with this very quickly
We had to change rooms as there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the room itself and bathroom which we were unable to stay in. Disappointed with the lack of selection of meals that could be ordered, it would have been nice to have more variety

A nice stop over venue, for a trip down south. Modern, very clean rooms and communal spaces. Friendly staff. Good value and very tasty food and drink choices. Good atmosphere.
Nothing.

Comfortable beds. Lovely new shower. Access to free hot drinks in the lounge and very nice breakfast.
Bedroom carpet a bit stained. On arrival would have been nice if staff had told us where we could help ourselves to hot drinks. Main desk staff not very happy/welcoming

The place was clean and tidy, nice location. Parking was easy, it was a quiet location.
It appeared as if the room had an large double bed but this was just two singles put together with a sheet over the top. You spend most of the night trying not to disappear down the gap! There was no aircon, and the room was a bit warm.

people left at 3am and were having showers which was loud.

The lounge bar and food was excellent. The room was very clean and met our expectation's. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very good location.
Could not puzzle out how to switch on the bedside lamps, We had booked a twin bed room but ours was a double. Was given the wrong key card and had to go back to reception. The anti slip mat in the shower needs to be bigger. Not enough disabled parking spaces. The WFI was very poor.

Breakfast was lovely - and hot (which is unusual for a buffet style). We were attending graduation on campus and location was perfect
